No, there's no relation between the project he managed with his reputation, but surely he will care and contact the support of the project in order to sustain the project for long term. When there's an accusation created about a big casino by newbie, most of them are only fake accusation because the gambler broke the casino rules or he lose all of his money that he have gambled.
I don't doubt that owners of other casinos that want to try to make duelbits public image worse would create fake accounts to make fake accusations
