If Edge is working for you, great, but you can try to clear the cache/data/cookie of the other browsers, try to access with the anonymous tab, reset your modem and router...
I do not recommend using VPN, it's better to ask duelbits what to do in this situation, you can contact their live support

VPN is fine with Duelbits if you don’t live on restricted country which is not the case on the user above that encounter the problem since he can access Duelbits using his smartphone.

I try to claim free spin many times on Duelbits during Christmas and Easter event with VPN without any problem. The support suggest it too since the provider of the free spin doesn’t allow me to play as long as I will just use that provider for claiming the free spin. I also have a default VPN on since I have premium subscription. VPN is only risky if you will use free VPN since they are using shared IP that might connect you to other user. Worst to user that violates the casino ToS.

A VPN is indeed fine but don't use a free VPN. I used Duelbits in the past a lot and accessed it sometimes with a VPN (I am not from a restricted country but need VPN's for other sites) and after a while it caused me issues and I can't participate anymore in any promotions. They never really explained which rules I broke (probably shared IP?) and even with doing a full KYC, I am still excluded from everything.

I don't think that there is any difference between a free VPN or Paid VPN if using for the purpose of gambling. The gambling sites allow the use of VPN's because they want more gamblers to gamble on their sites and they never blacklist any kind of VPN connections. You might have connected your VPN to a country where the promotions might be limited or you may have already availed most of the promotions. I don't think that shared IP is a problem for the gambling sites because they don't even care about IP's as far as I know. They want more and more users and that's the only truth, whether those users are connected via a shared IP or dedicated one they don't do anything against those users as long as they are placing bets on their site and aren't doing anything fishy.

You should try to contact their customer support team and ask them that why you are not eligible for the promotions and why they are not allowing you to be part of those promotions? I'm very sure that they will come up with a good reply and may solve your issue if that's a bug or a glitch of their system.

I am not sure what was your real concern but reading your Short text makes me understand you had withdrawal problems.  It is interesting to note that I never had withdrawal problems from Duelbits and vice versa with deposits too. I am not sure how withdrawing money and cache Clearing could be connected since neither of them are related. Basically when you withdraw, payment processor would read out all the payment information linked to your account and payment method, balances etc from the Duelbits Back end programs. I am sure it has got nothing to do with this type of errors. The second problem could be triggering of your payment. There could be temporary bug in withdrawal request which might have been fixed when you tried again. Hope so someone shade some more light on how it works. But as much as I read this is best explanation so far.

I think you missed his first message here  Cheesy:
(the messages are on the previous pages, 398 and 399)

hello I can't connect to dualbit can you do it?

and there's another one:
hello with brave it doesn't work with crome it doesn't work, with von it doesn't work with edge that I never use it works .now everything is ok

best regards

The user was having trouble being able to connect to the website, we made some suggestions and he was able to access the DuelBits site again

From a legal point of view, this is important.
You as an old user might think is enough or perhaps useless, but to a newbie, they may look at it from a different perspective.

For example, Tell me if I am wrong. On the sign-up page, I have to zoom out the page to 80% in order to be able to see the notifying text with no embedded link, of which the text is already very small. The default of 100% shows me nothing

Zoomed in

Not Zoomed in (default)

As you can see, a person can easily miss out on the notification about terms of service and hit the register person after filling their details

Suggestion to duebits in case the team is active here.

I think there is a slight error when one is trying to sign up. Obviously, before one signs up, they need to carefully read the terms, but the link to the TOS seems inactive in this page (https://duelbits.com/?modal=Auth&type=register). This means new users can even sign up without reading the TOS or even confirming that they have read the TOS which I see with most platforms

https://talkimg.com/images/2023/06/19/HQ2mW.png

The user will have to go back and look for the link in the homepage, that is, if they care.
This is a really good observation and one I think duelbits team have to take a look at and correct it immediately if they themselves also care about their users/potentials users reading their terms of service before joining the casino.
And also judging from the way they darkened the Terms of service information on the registration page, one could assume they don't even see it as important that potential customers read the terms of service before they sign up, not even a button for potential users to click on to assert that they've read the tos before they click the register button..

I hope they look into this and make the necessary corrections.

I don't find anything wrong on the reminders.  As we can see there is a notice reminding the person who is about to register that Duelbits assume that the person registering had read the terms of service.  It is not the responsibility of the platform if the person did not read the TOS since the platform did not fell short on reminding the person to read the TOS.  The notification is another way of reminding incoming player to read the TOS, IMO.

The notification should do it.  Even without confirming that they read the TOS, I think the notification on the side of the registration page is enough .

I already suspected it was some cache/cookies related problem, so I made the suggestion, since your Edge browser could access it and the others couldn't

Worst to user that violates the casino ToS.

In the specific case of the user who was having problems I didn't recommend it, because trying several browsers, and then several different IPs using the VPN could do more harm than good in his case, since we didn't know the cause.
But I agree, it's not good to use free VPNs due to this issue of shared IPs

While I was participating in the promotions, I was not so active on the site (just placing bets here and there) so that could be why. I thought it could also be related to the free VPN as I just used that for the last free bet in participated in and after that I got excluded so maybe the IP was shared or something else.

I believe that the shared IP was the issue.
You just can't participate in the promotions anymore, or you can't place bets either?

I think it’s not about the use of VPN for you to become restricted on promotion because it doesn’t make sense. It’s the way you participate the promotion and your result. Maybe you are frequently winning using promotion offer or you are just placing bets during promotion without doing any regular that doesn’t involve promotion. Doing this will categorize you as taking advantage of their promotion and they will definitely restrict you on participating because you are not contributing on the casino.

Can you describe what’s exactly you are doing on your casino account before you are restricted on participating promotion?

That's good to hear, so basically it's just clearing cache and soon if someone ever deals with the same problem as you guys did. That's what I'll suggest to them.
Most of the times clearing cache resolves these types of issues when we are not able to access some sites while others are not facing any problem so it's on our end.If he have tried it before the site would have opened on any browser as it's not restricted except if you come from that region. So clear cache and refresh the browser that can solve it otherwise there could be any other issue.

I don't know if I have an account with duelbits account yet, I will need to check my file but as far as I remember I have used free VPN with many bookmakers, in fact all online bookmakers I used so far. Until this date I never had a problem. I think the limitation only triggers when you are running for promotions. But when you are just doing normal deposits and gambling then I do not see there are any problem unless the gambling site has a term against VPN.

I've just tested it upon reading your reply but it's all good and fine to me. I did it on different browsers and it's loading the usual load that we get upon visit.
So it's 1 hour that's passed upon you post it on this thread. Maybe give it some try but I don't know if there's an internal problem or some locations where they're affected.
But to me, it's working fine.
I confirm I also can access Duelbits site too now, it's weird why some people can't access it because I've not encountered this kind problem, maybe internet connection matter. I'd say Duelbits is one of lightweight casino among other trusted and reputable casinos in this forum, when I can't access Duelbits, pretty sure it's because of my slow internet connection.
I think that it has something to do with their ISP then.

It’s ok now on my side too. Probably they have some minor maintenance because that is the same result I’m experiencing before when they are upgrading something in their system.
Maybe and it's likely that they've fixed it if ever that's the case.

Yes, you're right, even I always use a VPN every time I access Duelbits, because I can't access many gambling sites using real IPs because they are blocked by my ISP and also almost all ISP do the same, and so far I haven't faced any problems with Duelbits, even last year when I took part in a Christmas giveaway I was forced to do KYC and it is also accessed via VPN without any problems, as long as it is not on the list of prohibited countries like you said then it will be fine and it is better for players not to force themselves to play at a casino whose country is on the prohibited list because it will be constrained quickly or slow.

hello with brave it doesn't work with crome it doesn't work, with von it doesn't work with edge that I never use it works .now everything is ok

best regards

This confirmed that the problem is on your browser setup since you can access the casino with Microsoft edge. Does your other browser is updated the newest version because this might be the case why they can’t load the casino since it uses some flash script to load the games in the casino. Your microsoft edge might be updated to the newest version since windows automatically updates it when you have automatically upgrade feature unlike other browser.
It seems that there are problems in entering duelbits because of browser. It's weird, does this means there are some people who can't access this casino because of their browsers that is not updated? It's a little inconvinient I see. I thought at first that it's a internet provider problem since I have the same case where I can't access various casino because my internet provider blocked it.
