for how many times that we have seen him directly contacting the team for whatever needed for response , and sometimes? the case is resolved without answering in the said thread because of fast action from the team and manager.
No, there's no relation between the project he managed with his reputation, but surely he will care and contact the support of the project in order to sustain the project for long term. There's no way a good project will avoid to answer and resolve the accusation or complaint toward them.
When there's an accusation created about a big casino by newbie, most of them are only fake accusation because the gambler broke the casino rules or he lose all of his money that he have gambled.
I think it is not a managers job to make a website better or just more legit or anything like that, not even fix the problems, their only job is to do what they were given and if they see anything shady going on then getting out with a warning.
I agree that these type of newbie accounts ending up making accusations, it rarely holds any weight at all. Look at the previous ones and you will see how it lacks the proof part and when they get a response they somehow do not accept the response as legit, casino told you what the reason was and you not accepting that reason has absolutely no power at all, nobody cares. If the reason was a bad one then we would all be against the casino of course, but it is not, you did something against the rules, so you will face the consequences, it is that simple.
