I have the same issue as this on my bet with MLB which got cancelled due to the weather a few years ago. Contacting support is the right thing to do to solve this case because that got cancelled is the same as settled which automatically refunded the funds. Exactly, The only thing I’m thinking whenever I lose is still I have profit from my previous withdrawal. But looking back to all the bonus that I lose, My total loss is just breakeven on my big win if I just cashout the moment I manage to turn them to x3 of my initial balance.

In a luck-based game, and raffles, it always needs the luck factor in order to bag winnings.
