How can anyone earn the money by the DDOS attacks on the gambling site ? These attacks can only slow down the site or bring the site down but there are no monetary benefits by these attacks. Although, there could be an indirect benefit that for example any other casino tries to lower their reputation by such attacks.
Attackers probably come from opponents of Duelbits. They want to attack Duelbits to destroy Duelbits' reputation. Anyway, Duelbits have a good team to resolve this attack very well. As the saying goes, what can not kill you, will make you stronger. Duelbits actually becomes stronger after this DDOS attack.

This is just insane from the opponents of Duelbits to do these cheap tactics which can't ruin the reputation of a good site like Duelbits. Probably, these people should focus on their own casinos (f they have any) and compete by providing better services.
DDOS attacks are temporary and good teams learn how to tackle them better from these incidents.

Lets not spreading something that we do not really know. We can say about it if there is an official confirmation from duelbits. I do not think duelbits will even reveal who is the attacker if they know about it. It is better if we support duelbits by suggesting them to improve the security system to avoid or to minimize the effects of the DDOS attack.

Many other casino suffer this Ddos attack within same week. This is a coordinated attack to bring down competitor and probably get the spotlight for still operating while others is down. Duelbits is a strong casino for not being affected too much on the attack and manage to continue the operation as soon as possible.

This competitors or paid hacker probably want some more for asking ransom money to stop there filthy attack.

They can't digest the other casino operating successfully in the market and they do such attacks or in most cases the hackers want some money to resolve the problem by these DDOS attacks as mentioned in one of the post as one person was asking for money on discord. The technical team solve this issue but still having the famous casino site down even for sometime means loss for them.

If you want to play smoothly, best to refer yourself to each house rule and follow it.

Those who continue to use VPN from banned regions if being caught will suffer just like you mentioned the site already
warn them and they will not tolerate the abused. To those who still use and not be bothered, it's still a risk that
needed to take aside from the actual gambling that you play..
Following the house rules and following them is the best advice for any gambler, especially those new to joining or looking to find their favorite sites.
That also includes using a VPN in every casino as not all casinos allow it and the best advice is to ask the support service.
We have seen many cases of using VPNs that are banned in some casinos but some members continued to use them and in the end, they got into trouble and did not withdraw their winnings.
We must avoid this, especially if we just play gambling and if luck comes to us, we can withdraw the winning money without any problems.

Maybe you can use VPN use if you are not coming from banned regions but if this is the case then don't need to use it for smooth loading of the site and without any delay.

As you said premium one's are best they are but many are using those free ones as they can't afford to pay for these paid services to bounce the IP through premium VPN but if you can then they are best and without any problems and it will bump your IP correctly.
Opera has free VPN that opens any website you want, and it costs nothing. However, I agree that if you come from a nation that is banned, then it would be a big risk to use VPN to join this website, it would mean that you would have to actually do something that breaks the rules, and if you are caught then you are going to end up losing a ton of money as well.

I would highly suggest that check which nations are disallowed when you are gambling, and if yours is in the list then do not gamble at all. Not with VPN, not without it, just try to stay away from it, and make sure that your funds are safe somewhere that doesn't ban your nation, which is fine, duelbits doesn't want your money anyway because they do not allow people from that nation.

-snip

the main thing is not if they'll ignore you're using it or not, but if they'll use this against you if you win
-snip

Only if they find something weird with your winning and in this case it would be something like winning some sort of 'jackpot' or max multiplier few times then requested huge amount of withdrawal immediately. That probably would be used against you but its always an option to just leave the site with all your balances if you cant play without VPN on it so yeah

In my case, I only use a VPN if needed like when there is a slot game that I want to play but due to region restrictions, it is unavailable to access. Since my country is allowed to use a VPN, I can make it available to access so I can play and enjoy the game.

I rarely use a VPN service but whenever I use it, sometimes I won and try to withdraw, luckily, I didn't encounter any problem during the process.
You are still very lucky because you used a VPN and then got your winnings and had no problems with withdrawals. However, always be careful if at any time the use of a VPN has problems with withdrawals. Most of these problems arise from users who actually force themselves to use a VPN and get similar cases where they end up experiencing account freezes.

If only for ordinary pre-gamblers, of course most use free VPNs. From what I see paid VPNs are indeed quite ideal to use. It's just that generally it's not done if it's just to access gambling. As long as we are in a country that is not banned it will be fine.
Small players will also use free vpn more because the cost of buying a subscription can be used to play, but the disadvantage of freevpn is that users can't choose or very limited country which they can use to bypass blocking from the ISP, and maybe this can harm the user's account, which is paid vpn still better than free although it's all up to each player's choice choose a free or paid.

There's no need to be upset
But honestly I'm still using the VPN here and haven't had any problems I never worry as long as I'm still doing normal activities.

Yeah you should be fine for now atleast until they do some regular check on IPs because once they find out that you have breaching their TOS then they might freeze your account ( or let you keep on playing )

there must be an official statement like in other casinos

Lets be honest, there are tons of people playing with VPN on gambling site and all sites have the same TOS of not using VPN. Most sites just brush this issue under the rug and pretend that they dont know that their customers are playing with VPN. I cant expect an official staff from an established site to come and say its okay to use VPN on their site while their TOS indicate the opposite

would like to hear more experiences of users who are playing often with a VPN, won some of their bets and could withdraw without problems

do you know what I mean?

Maybe this statement can confirm?

''By accessing or using duelbits.com or you confirm to be not from any banned or restricted Region. You may not access the Service from a banned Region via a VPN''

We can find it in Terms of Service in the Acknowledgment section, but I think this statement is not clear enough there must be an official statement like in other casinos
But honestly I'm still using the VPN here and haven't had any problems I never worry as long as I'm still doing normal activities.
The statement is very clear people who come from a banned region can not access the site using a VPN and if they are found using VPN, they can get a problem in the future.
Duelbits.com already warns them not to abuse the Terms of Service for their good, but some people are still trying to access Duelbits.com.
It will not be a problem if you use VPN, as long as you do not come from a banned Region.
But to have clear information, asking their support system before we register will be necessary to avoid the problem.

It has been stated that using a free VPN isn't recommended because it might give us problems in the long run.  If we ever use a VPN it is advised to use the premium one or the so-called paid service.  If you are wondering why, you can just check this comparison[1].

As long as you are not living in a restricted country listed on their TOS and your VPN IP used is from the allowed country, then I think you are all good.

I interpret this as, anyone from country that is not restricted by the TOS can access or use the service. Using VPN is not prohibited as long as the VPN IP is not from a restricted country or else we cannot access the site since their security will automatically block the IP from accessing the site.

This rematch is a unification fight. Both are champions with Inoue's WBA and IBF belts on the line while Donaire has the WBC title.

Odds are as high as 5.20 now for Donaire. Donaire is a huge underdog because he is already old and is past his prime. He do have the power though that remains as threat to any bantamweights. So far, only Inoue was able to survive Donaire's power and not after being shaken and blooded. And only Donaire was able to hurt Inoue so far, once branded as invincible and unbeatable.
And the odd spake on it rightly, he lost and that looked easy on Inoue. Well, that's gambling, we lose, we win, and while it was an unexpected thing for us, to others it was expected.

Using a VPN can have different causes for a user. If you are blocked or are in an area where gambling is not allowed then that is of course very different from wanting to guarantee your own anonymity and you do not want your IP address to be visible to the gambling site. So there are various reasons for using a VPN. Yet there are also a lot of sites that don't mind if you use a VPN. Sites shouldn't be hiding behind using or not using a VPN for the purpose of holding back a payout. However, Duelbits does have a solid reputation and have thought through everything carefully.
They are considerate and I've read one of that situations on this thread before and they've handled it very well. That's why if someone is worrying about it, just approach them and ask them if it's unclear before doing something like this.

Because we don't want too many bets left. Moreover, there are many bonuses offered every week, forcing us to use a VPN for personal gambling purposes and not abuse anything. It's only limited to neutralizing websites that are still not being accessed smoothly. Until the update returns to normal, we will also definitely stop using VPN. I hope this request can be allowed, for some time.

Yes I know the risks that's why I never put too much money in the casino usually no more than $500 or I will withdraw it soon. I know some casinos post statements that they allow using a VPN, provided they are not in a prohibited country yes this makes sense especially their goal is just to play the case will be different if they cheat on promotions or other suspicious activity.
