Thanks for ur information, I've communicated with the admin of their live support. The result, before I told my story they have known my problem is and give me some ways to get my money back. Thats really helpful, and their management's really cooperative with all users. My money got stuck because of their regulation which I ignored. Maybe this will be my experience to be better next.

Exactly, I recently withdrew from Duelbits (60$) with LTC and received it in less than 10 minutes in my Kraken account. According to oHnK, the transaction on Duelbits is still processing, so it seems to be stuck for some reason at Duelbits. Maybe it is a very large sum and they want to do some extra checks on it.

The problem is there are scam and legit casinos running in the market and sometimes a legit casino also makes technical error due to which funds could not be transferred but if the victim has sufficient proof to submit his report and prove his point then casinos makes sincere apology and refund the funds as we have seen many times but the person making fake claims without any base and proof is useless and you are right on the part we will see such persons on almost every casino.

If the majority have the issue and there are hundreds of scam accusations against particular casino we might think about it as scam but when only one makes such baseless fraud claims and others enjoy playing over it then no need to give them much importance.

The scamming and legit casinos will run together and we can not deny that but if someone claims that the casino is scamming him only because he loses the money from many games, that will be because himself, he is better to take a look at him and realize why he did that.
I agree with @beerlover said that many people already say that but they do not check themselves because it is easy to say one thing is a scam but it is hard to say that we are losing because of ourselves.
Maybe we can get an objection to the site if they steal our money while we do not break their rules or do not cheat and if that casino is legit, they will solve the issue and will refund the money.
That is how reputable casinos or other businesses will do to their members or customers.

it seems that players from bitcointalk had more luck in last year's draw

280 tickets is a lot compared to mine and maybe compared to other Indonesian fellow players but it is obvious that when the luck is not in our side, number of tickets wont change anything. Yes, most of us win something in the last year's draw. Perhaps because duelbits are now having much more active players compared to last year, more players wager a lot of money every single day compared to last year so our chance is decreased a lot too. you can't please everyone so to speak. so you need to validate what they are complaining about. more then likely, it is the player's fault. because this site will not grow this big if a lot of players are not happy about it. they are also running one of the longest running campaigns here in the forum. if they can afford to pay those people, it means, they are really doing good in terms of revenue.
just look at their regular contests and promos and you will know what am talking about. they are one of the active casinos here in the forum, based imo. the amount of their xmas giveaway is also a handsome amount. a small casino can't offer such amount of giveaway.

Total $48 but I started on day 9 never getting freerolls, and used a few dollars to play the slots but the results were negative. This is a very generous giveaway and really as a Christmas gift, no complaints at all like you said, very satisfied.
