atleast now you can clearly say that the company did not Slander their costumer and this is just an issue of misunderstanding and you rushing things when there is a process that must be conducted .
and please stop that Idea that when you are depositing and playing there are no KYC required but after winning and try to withdraw instantly the KYC verification popped up, it is not like that instead there is a clear rules that if the company find your account questionable then KYC will be ask and this what happened in your case.

It’s very ugly when a company tries to justify its problems by slandering a customer.
Several facts:
1. An attempt was made to provide both a driver's license and an ID card (at least 10 times)
