Well since we have heard from both sides now everything seems clear @Mcu641 can't justify itself we can judge which side is right
-KYC shouldn't be a problem unless there's another problem as mentioned by Duelbits
-Duelbits spent thousands of dollars on new sportsbook promotions so ridiculous if they spoil all promotions with this problem

We also remember that new sportsbooks are always targeted for cases like this the one who complains must be a new account.

Can you share the latest reply of the support to your issue. It will be very hard for us here to understand what's the current condition of your issue since we don't know the last reply of the support. And also it seems that support is willing to fix your issue base on the screenshot you provide. Duelbits will fix your issue as long as you won't give up to cooperate.

The solution can only come from the complainant this is good advice he should take it and find ways he should help himself instead of complaining that he has been scammed take everyone's advice this one is one of that advice, let the community knows what step you have taken to upload the files, write the solution I'm sure one of this will work.

@Mcu641. Based from your accusation. Have you done re-capturing an image of your documents on a well-lit area where all the details indicated on your ID is clearly visible? If none of your issues are resolved you can try cleaning the lenses of your samsung s21. Wipe it with a dry clean cloth. Or you can just use an alternative high-end device from your relative.

I think for this one Mcu641 break some rules without him knowing it since Duelbits stated there's an abuse thats why kyc is being asked. Anyway im certain it will be resolved with the right process. I have been playing in this site and making withdrawals without getting any problem so im confident this issue will be fixed. I hope they'll give an update here after.

Is the image of you clear, with no cracks or visible scratches that affect your image or words on the ID?
Are all the words like DOB, names, ID number all visible when you take a photo?

What error message do you get when you try to upload the images?

Don't send your documents directly to support. It's not how they verify customers. The best you can do is ask them for alternative ways of verification if the first procedure you tried failed, but what I am very sure is that what is letting you down is the picture quality of the required documents.
