It is true, but in his case, I know he knew when to pause and just continue on other time. That is the thing that I really want to learn so I wouldn't be lossing my balance.
The idea isn't new, there are peeps who are doing that.

It needs practice to control the "passion," as you said and that is not easy because if we do not have the power to control ourselves, I am afraid that we will follow the passion that can lead us to face another loss.
