Don't send your documents directly to support. It's not how they verify customers. The best you can do is ask them for alternative ways of verification if the first procedure you tried failed, but what I am very sure is that what is letting you down is the picture quality of the required documents.

Before some days I create account in www.duelbits.com sportsbook. I made first deposit 2022-01-05 ETH (~1.7k USDt) and lost this money in some sports bet.
Second day I deposit ETH (~3000 USDt) and win some sports bets, I try made withdrawal and support ask me for KYC vertification.
All good, I try, but KYC vertification portal is not working (not accepting my ID card, not accepting my driving license)
I sent my documents to support email (Driving license, selfie with driving license, bank card photo with my real name)
But still my KYC not veryfied and they don’t want my money back.

There will always be at least one person complaining that any casino in the world would have. It will always be "x casino is a scam, you can trust me because I am telling you so" without any proof at all. It is not about the casino actually being a scam, every casino gets it, it is normal thing and we should not be worried about it at all. Hopefully we will focus on something that is much easier to handle in the future with some blockchain method that proves casinos not being a scam.... wait a minute, we do! We have provably fair and you can check it and if anyone ever has a problem with it then they could provide a proof on it and show the world if a casino is scammy or fair.
If it is provably fair then there is nothing wrong with the casino and we should move on. Otherwise it just doesn't make sense in the end, why would anyone trust one person posting here when they can see how fair the casino is with blockchain tech?
The emotion of defeat can lead a person to hatred , for example almost every day I see gamblers write ''scam'' in chat room even though they are VIP members then a few hours later when he shot a big win he back to the chat room by writing ''finally'' at the same time posting bet ID well from here we can know what happens when they lose.

What is your base for your accusation so that everyone will give attention to your issue. You are just spouting your frustration on your post without a solid evidence that's you looks like a clown murmuring here. If you are really a high roller base on your previous post, There's no way Duelbits will not value your concern if it's a legit unless you are asking for a refund to all your losses which the typical issue of player who bankrupt in gambling.
Move your concern on appropriate board which is the reputation section.
yes, duelbit owners have no reason to steal from people since they'll make much more money on the longterm by being honest than by scamming
this is a blind spot for many scammers and rug pullers these days, they think too much short term instead of longterm
but of course every system may have flaws, would be good to see @DuelbitsFrauds proofs otherwise it looks like just a FUD accusation

I think you are guessing it wrong. Because user can scroll the notifications up and down. Newer notifications will be covered by the top bar of the website if you scroll your notifications up. BTW something's weird 18+

lol, it looks like you're frustrated you lost. not the first time a gambler come here in the forum crying about how a gambling site "robbed" them of their money. anyway, if you can provide valid evidence pinning duelbits scammed/steal from you, I'd happily give them a negative tag(no offense, duelbits). and if your evidence is convincing enough I am pretty sure other members would give them a negative tag too.They should be more concerned for them and their families safety.
