Either their hot wallet seems to be out of that specific coin or your (this) withdrawal needs to go through extra verifications and manual processing. Do not worry, they are not running away with your money. Only doubt I have is the dip in market values of all coins due to which they need to pay more for your USD, so may be they are waiting for a correction.

I think @1chunkabunk's case is different from yours... as his withrawal is amounting huge amount of money. So it is expected that it will take a little longer regardless of what cryptocurrency he had chosen to withdraw his funds.
