Either their hot wallet seems to be out of that specific coin or your (this) withdrawal needs to go through extra verifications and manual processing. Do not worry, they are not running away with your money. I think @1chunkabunk's case is different from yours... as his withrawal is amounting huge amount of money. So it is expected that it will take a little longer regardless of what cryptocurrency he had chosen to withdraw his funds.
