I have experienced like that before, I can't open all slot games, it's say "Error", then live support asked me to clear cache and data, then everything worked fine
I did almost every possible ways such as clear cache + data, using incognito browser, using fresh installed browser, but it does not help. I can open live games but my balance is not showing, but I can use the balance to play original games. I think I need to wait for longer time for the tech team to fix my issue.
