Hi all! I got into cryto this same time last year, I wanna share with you the dumbest thing I did as a noob back then, and it still haunting me.

I created a new ethereum wallet last year I stocked it up with 25eth..am very poor at that time eth was 4$ each I think..that was the most I could afford, I was using an ethereum client node, unfortunately for me I wrote down my wallet address instead of the private key. Now m been haunted by that fact I could have been a millionaire in my country..#dumbestthingyoudidincrypt
25 ethereum is indeed big amount now so far I have not lose any coin from misusing my wallet, first thing I learn is to learn how to keep your coin safe but dumbest thing I did was sold all my highly potential coins in the market like litecoin now I only have a few litecoin in my wallet.

I think just let it go brother, it is will hurt you and give negative effect for your life and trading if you think about it and hunt you daily, i made mistakes too, like invest and do trading like noob buy high sell low because of FOMO. and then i learn i must fight the fear and have positive mental attitude like "let it go" and "nothing to loose".

I'm already pretty long time at crypto. So my the dumbest thing is the selling of BTC from my long term portfolio at $3k. I hate that day...

Sold 14ETH for 80ish pounds thinking I was a genius and there was no way it could go higher. 14ETH atm is £6.8k and climbing.
Lesson learned: The crypto sphere has enormous scope for growth; don't underestimate its potential.

Panicked when Ark first started dropping and sold it all, then bought it all back shortly after when it started rising again. 2k Ark gone for no reason Smiley As of now, that 2k is worth £6.5k.
Lesson learned: Just because a coin is going down doesn't mean it's bad.

Spent the £600 pounds I was going to use to buy Dash on a plane ticket. Wasn't really my fault as this was a family obligation but I could have put my foot down. When I saw it skyrocketting I didn't buy back in because I was salty. As of now, that decision has "cost" me £66,500.
Lesson learned: Don't get salty just because you missed an opportunity to buy in early. This helped me recently. I meant to buy Iota one day but ended up getting delayed, and it went up by 40% overnight. I was feeling bitter, but I still bought in. Since then what I put in has almost tripled.

There was also PivX... It sounded promising to me and I was going to buy a few hundred pounds' worth one night, but I'd read an article earlier saying to not buy coins on impulse when you're tried. I thought it made sense and decided to ignore PivX. Shortly after, the anon-coin frenzy kicked in and PivX exploded. It went up by (IIRC) x100. As of now it's gone up by over 200x. I'm not even going to calculate how much that would be.
Lesson Learned: None. Ouch.

Oh there are so many dumb things I have done. The first one is not mining bitcoin back in 2012 and the last one was selling IOTA at $1.2. There are plenty in between as well. Guess will keep updating my posts as soon as I make another one Smiley

Biggest mistake is not investing in all the top coins, and instead investing is shitcoins because they were "cheaper"

I only mined 1.9 LTC back in 2012 I think it was. If I had kept going I would have been a multi-millionaire but my crappy laptop made a huge noise from the CPU working at 100% capacity.

No major mistakes have been made on my behalf, but keeping some Ripples more would of been good, since Ripple is on a high rise atm, and probably heading to $1.
That would of meant lots of profit.

I bought few coins during their pump thinking that i am wolf of wall street and not doing my research first and technical analysis on those. That did cost me few thousands in the end but i managed to get them back after realising that as a trader i cant react on fomo and fud. Also i would say that not going in fast enough on the mining rigs but instead thinking about it for more then 3 months

The most stupid mistake I made was that I did not start crypto currency at least a year ago! I did not buy bitcoin when it cost less than $ 1000. Already had a motorcycle of my dreams ((

Also, my first move in crypto was investing 5 ETH into UKG.

Purchased those ETH for about $270 each.

5 ETH today = $3100
My 3972 UKG = $700  Huh

hahaha..that frustrating bro

Like an idiot with know knowledge of this space...well Mark Cuban is backing it, it has to be good!

I'm confident UKG will eventually turn a profit, but I'd still rather have those 5 ETH back Smiley

The dumbest thing i've ever done is sending eth from exchange wallet to smart contract, i don't know how things work back then and i thought i can use exchange ethereum address. Loss about 3 eth because i can claim the token from the exchange.
