What IF customs get hands on them? I mean, will they send them back, or what? I mean, in NL you pay 21% tax over the declared worth and probably another fee or 2, which would make for a expensive smoke

We're sending from both Moldova and Ukraine, and our prices reflect the level of service we're providing (i.e. re-dispatching/refunding if stopped by the customs, freshness of the cigarettes, reliability, etc.).
what about all the taxes. i guess the client importing without paying duty taxes is the one in the illegality
Who said duty taxes have to be paid on importing a carton or two? It obviously depends on your country's policies, but in most of them, the cigarettes go through even after inspection. We also declare what we send, so there is really nothing illegal in what we do. Feel free to point me to the exact law we're breaking.
