I'm not a smoker, nor did I ever buy from 'only'. Just wanted to pop in and say, only is one of the most reputable vendors of cigarettes on deepnet markets. Via my ventures down there, he's sold plenty of products.
So please be aware with only: even though he DOES sell cigarettes and often delivers, he also sometimes fails to deliver and then does NOT reply to attempts to fix it. He only seems to reply when you post something in his topic that calls him out.
Something is extremely fishy with this case. A second reship NOT arriving to the Netherlands is unheard of. Hope you're not trying to just get as many cigarettes for free from us as you can. Read your inbox please.
First of all, I'm not getting anything for free as I paid for the re-ship, so it's only costing me money. Second of all, I am not requesting to send again because I'm a bit tired of waiting extremely long for responses, and it seems you only reply to my PMs when I put a warning in your topic. I didn't post my last message to get a reship, I posted it to warn people.
Just to make clear, I'm not saying you're a scammer or anything of that. With SR and BitMit I've ordered over 200 cartons and never had any problems, until now, so I know you're to be trusted, I'm just warning that it's not a 100% guaranteed delivery.

Just for reference, I've dealt with only 'often' on BitMit. He started with BitMit escrow service, and later made that unavailable; this however didn't matter, all was handled as before.
I think I've purchased over 25-30 cartons devided over a duration of about 1 year from 'only'.
Although some shipments were slow, they always arrived.
I can only vouch for this guy, he is legit, he ships fast, good price, and delivery rate to Holland was for me 10/10.
I would highly recommend this guy/group, it's I'm out of bitcoins (stopped mining, heheh), but otherwise I would have still ordered from him!

We've got domestically produced "Plugarul" cigarettes with 1.4mg Nicotine, going for $29.97 per carton. Those are the strongest cigarettes we have.

After messaging him on here, he asked me a new payment (but less than the original price) to order the last 2 cartons again. I did this, and indeed received a carton. However, the deal was 2, and thus I messaged him again, but I don't seem to get any reply.
He asked me to delete my post saying something went wrong with the first order, which I did. However, since once again I did not receive the full order, I'm making this post again and will not delete it this time till it is fully resolved.
