There are a number of Open Source projects that I consider donation-worthy.
I'm going to suggest them to accept Bitcoin donations.

Libre Office / The Document Foundation (http://www.libreoffice.org / http://www.documentfoundation.org)
VLC media player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/)
Gimp (http://www.gimp.org)

I've got many more in mind.

PredX - AI-Powered Prediction Market
The big adult site I mentioned is taking a look at Bitcoin (they think Bitcoin right now is not worth the hassle of implementing a automated Bitcoin payment system, but they liked the idea and are now following BTC news)

Is the online bounty still 131BTC? I'm going to try for vworker.com, which seems like an ideal fit for bitcoins.

Hi, I'm new to BitCoin, but there is one industry that could be targetted for bitcoin currency very easily and that is the Online Gaming industry.

Personally I am in the process of trying to convince one of the largest ones in the world.

http://www.nexon.net/ is the main Site for North america, it has separate branches in Asia as well.

Tangible goods being sold are Nexon point cards( the cards are real, the NX points are for games)

Not sure if this counts for you, but I am of the belief that if Online gaming companies accept BTC as payment, that could start a pretty big chain reaction as they have millions of customers looking for other ways to pay aside from credit cards/paypal.

Imagine Blizzard( massive game developing company, World of Warcraft) accepting BTC as payment for their Millions of fans/gamers.

Just some Ideas for everyone, and my attempt on getting more people on board.
Also if you have any ideas on how to try and get some of these companies on board let me know, they are sometimes hard to convince that change is good.

I have suggested a Runescape cheating service called RSBuddy to use bitcoins for the new marketplace they are adding. They have a user group of 130,991, and they offer scripts as well as other runescape related services.

http://rsbuddy.com/forum/dev-blog-marketplace-begins-37658-7.html#post472941

If I can get the community to want to use it (mostly young kids who hate the thought of paypal), there should be no reason why they wont.

I'll be adding companies from my website - www.freeworldmarket.com. They already accept privately minted silver medallions, so its a warm market.

EDIT (Nov 2018): Unfortunately, I had a partner in this endeavor and he had the domain. Since we have parted ways he redirected it to infowars. I don't approve.

Hi Mahkul, I have just joined bitcoin  and have just finished adding bit coin info to all of my listings on one of my online shops. I was just about to publish the info on the forum when I read your posting...my shop, Glasgow Art Metals location is here...  http://glasgowartmetals.ecrater.co.uk/

I hope to do the same with the others where possible over the next few days.

I am selling and promoting my hand made range of Glasgow Style door name plates and finger push plates

Great idea by the way...!!!...............Joe
