Thanks for helping me with the deposit problem! But now Im getting an error while trying to withdraw some BTC, on withdraw history it shows "error" in the status tab, but the BTC balance did not return to my EBC account...

Can you help me out on this one too?

When I deposited ether into it. The balance didn't show up for a few hours. But it finally did. Also I put my bitcoin address on there so I'm getting automatically paid for I think 5 days now. All consistent payout.

As information from Developement team, we are now able to config auto withdraw by ETH.
Can you please try to add your ETH address (prefer MyEtherWallet and Blockchain.info) in Menu "Finance"-->'Payment config"?

If it's in blockchain.info or Myetherwallet, please follow instructions:
1. Click button "Buy now" with the one you want to buy.
2. You will see the ETH address, which allow you to send your ETH to.
3. Send correct amount ETH from your wallet to ETH address in EBC.

Please let me know if it's clear for you?
