It's not just about one country, most countries in the world are going through the same thing, and people who aren't rich or have high incomes are suffering from this thing. Inflation keeps going up while minimum wages that matter a lot stays the same in most countries and people who are not doing very well financially suffer because of this issue, their employers don't increase their wages and the economy keeps getting worse.

These issues cannot be solved unless the government starts focusing on these things, but most of the time, governments of countries that are suffering from such economies don't care because they are filling their pockets from tax money and they will retire once they are not in power and will go to a foreign country to spend the rest of their lives in luxury along with their families while people of the country are left to suffer.

Even the countries with huge GDPs are also having their own problems when it comes to commodity prices. It's the little ones that are very much affected as gas/oil prices are the first we need every day. Food as the most important will be sacrificed this time by the parents, as I have read in some news are skipping meals already.

So many company layoffs these days that I see closed shops on every corner of the city. The stalls in the mall where I usually go to buy tacos and hotdogs are gone.
We are already in recession but the media are just not telling it on TV.

Economic stress is a great stress.  Money is very much needed for daily living and survival.  I don't think there is any solution to economic pressure.  When people are physically ill, they can get well by taking medicine, but there is no medicine for financial crisis.  After the covid, the situation of many countries was very bad, most of the countries were able to overcome the pressure, but the developing countries are still under the pressure.  The rise in commodity prices has put people's lives at risk.  People are living life with great suffering.  The prices of consumer goods have increased but the amount of money earned by people has not increased.  Because of this, most of the people of the country are now suffering from economic pressure.

This days we wake up and pray things should get better but it's like our country does not accept prayers everyday increments.

Prayers has nothing to do with economy and governance,  if the right things are not done you can pray from now till the the end and nothing will change. The economy problems are not spiritual that prayers are needed for it to be solved.  This things are things that is being handled by man, man is the cause of inflation,  economy problem,  and bad governance.  This can be fixed when we have good leaders that are competent of solving problems and have good reasoning in generating money.

Op we are in the inflation era which you shouldn't be surprised to see when price of commodities changes, it is expected for price of things to increase during inflation that is why in times like this it is important for one to increase income by creating more sources of income to be able to survive the increase of price in the market.

How can a family man who earns 50k with 3 kids and also paying for rent feeds and many more, how can he with stand this economy pressure where there is no stability no mouthwatering salaries at all. This days we wake up and pray things should get better but it's like our country does not accept prayers everyday increments.

Such difficult situations are what causes corruption. Such man when he is enticed in the office with money to do the wrong thing, he is likely going to do that and collect the bribe money to augment his salary not minding the havoc his action or omission will cause to the company, the economy and the country at large. This is why the government need to grow the economy genuinely and make provisions for better standard of living including the enumeration of workers, proper health care and welfare packages so that they would give in their best without fear or favour.

For instance if that same family man was well paid with all his work entitlements and benefits for him and his children welfare is sure like it is in an organised and working country, then he won't fall for such temptation. So not falling for such bribery temptation to manipulate figure or to omit same for collection of certain heinous bribe. This pulls the economy backwards because some thing has gone wrong. Low salary and low standard of living leads to distrust, compromise and the height of it being corruption that gradually kills the countries economy.

Pressure is something that no one would want to have at all there are some pressure that can even bring a man to see his end. So many things in this our human world can cause pressure to a man.
An example of this pressure am talking about is this our economy an economy where things rises everyday but no sufficient fund to back up with. Ok Imagine I bought a soup for 250 naira just after three days I went back to get the same soap I was told the soap is now #350 imagine me that have only 2k and have already scheduled how to spend it before I will expect something in the day coming this kind thing is another pressure I just dropped this one, there are many more  bigger than this one.

A week later, the dollar to a Naira is trading above ₦1800, I don't know what your state of mind will be right now about the economy. Nigerian is going through hard time right now, things are rally tough as food inflation and economy inflation are so high right now, the only thing that has not increased in price is only the air that we breath in daily, it's so difficult for anyone earning in Naira to survive this economy.

The problem started from the fuel subsidy that the government remove even though I have heard that the government is doing it back door because the landing cost of petrol should be around a ₦1,000 but the government are keeping down below ₦700. If the government don't hold it around that price range, the life of average Nigerians and rich men will be miserable.

Obviously, we are not  exporting anything significant to give the Naira demand and because the importation is high, there is buck demand of dollars and since it's getting higher due to the advice of world bank and IMF of floating the Naira, the government has also stop subsidizing the dollar to naira and we are now feeling the heat so bad because we are to used to subsidy.

This post is specifically addressed to Nigeria because that is the country that most needs assistance right now. People there can't even sleep or wake up peacefully these days because there are so many things on their minds. In fact, things are getting out of control to the point where people are crying in the streets and demanding help from the government. This is not what the government promised the people, and some have become so afraid of the government that they have decided not to vote again.

I have witnessed thousands of families crying over this difficult economic climate, but the government has chosen to remain silent and to keep asking people to calm down for them. Yes, I know that government actions include trying to calm people down, but if these families perished from hunger, the government will be held accountable by God when He judges them because a leader cannot watch his people perish from starvation.

Other people are forced to find side hustles or a second job. You can't really depend on the government to provide aid or even help those who are in the poverty zone all the time. That's why this day and age is a curse to all the up and coming adults: you can never really raise a family with these wages unless you work double shifts or have another stream of income. That's also why most young adults are choosing not to bear kids, and with it comes declining population. Choose your poison, I guess. You can't have even the most basic of things if you have these people in power running things.
Financial pressure is something that affects every homes.its not really easy to have kids, cater for their financial needs like food, school fees, and even their upkeep.Inflation is one of the things that is affecting many countries presently, and its only the ones that understands how to deal with the logic that can survive here.
This is why it's important to think twice first before having a family because life is not easy especially if you are born to be poor. Before having a family, make sure to finish your studies first and have a good job to be able to save and invest. We don't want to see our family suffer only because of our naughtiness.

Even though many people don't understand inflation because they are not really educated, they can still be able to survive but maybe their lives are still the same poor. There's also less educated people who can get lucky or maybe skilful enough to go out of their poor situation. That is nice to know because at least we know that life is not really unfair.

Inflation sucks, It hits low-income folks the hardest, like a bully picking on the smaller kids.  Why? 'Cause they don't have fancy investments or stockpiles of gold, just their income, which inflation slowly chews away at. Imagine trying to buy groceries when food prices are skyrocketing – not fun.

Now, figuring out the exact culprit behind inflation can be tricky. Sometimes the government prints too much money, other times there's a supply chain snafu, or maybe it's something else entirely. But hey, knowledge is power! Understanding the cause helps us find solutions.

While learning new skills to land a better job or stashing some cash in food storage can help you personally weather the inflation storm, it's like putting a Band-Aid on a bigger problem. To truly tackle this beast, we need to work together. Governments could step in with targeted help for those struggling, like making sure basic necessities stay affordable. They could also be smarter with their spending, avoiding printing money like it's going out of style. And central banks have tools like interest rates to manage inflation, but it's a delicate dance they gotta do.

50k is of course depending on the nation, because in my nation that would mean you would be rich, you could have 8 kids and still be able to look after them (well at that point money won't be your only issue lol). However, considering it as USA, and if we put that into my nations situation, I would say probably someone who makes around 10k a year. With three kids, and 10k a year, you do not live properly at all.

Well social security is about $1000 to $1200 a month with some extra. So many living with around $12k to 15k. If you have 50k you are in a more senior position than many others. You shouldn't be blinded by all the $100k+ people flexing it on Tiktok and Youtube. Of course, it also depends on the region, but if you don't live in the centers and don't throw your money away, then you should be fine.

In my country the price of every food item has increased so much that you cannot imagine how much people in poor and middle class families are struggling to survive. Here the food production is good but there are many cases of unsustainable practice of selling it in the market at higher prices. It is really less security of strict laws because of which people continue these activities by going beyond the laws of the government. Besides the means of earning money are the same and the wages of the people are still low. However you should always prepare yourself according to your ability to earn and spend money.
The price increase is not only in your country but everywhere, and this hike shows that the government is not responsible and has been careless all this while. Currently, in my state, I think the governor is trying to regulate the price of goods and not just regulate because it is a free market, so the governor is looking for possible ways to support the farmers if not, it will be difficult for him to be able to regulate the free market.

Even the rich are finding life difficult because of the increase in all commodities because it looks as if all products have 5 to 10 times their initial prices. For average people, you cannot even eat to your satisfaction, and everyone is avoiding waste by all means. and only a few productions, and that is also contributing, and the government is folding its hands and doing nothing. Just very few politicians are interested in the welfare of the people. Anyone who goes above the government should be punished, not more than that if not, people will continue to contribute to this economic problem we have today.

50k income in one month in USD is enough for me to cover responsibilities for 3 children and 1 wife. If this amount is received as a steady income for one month, you will already be classified as a rich person considering the prices of all goods are expensive.

If the figure referred to is in US Dollars, then for more than one month the amount of fixed income will not make it difficult at all to live with 4 dependents even though living under economic pressure.
What will be difficult is if the income earned for one month is below the minimum wage. You really won't be able to bear the responsibility of being the head of a family with 3 children.

There are a few problems there, first of all if you are not ready for it then you should not have three kids, it is unfair to them as well, but as long as they have mother love and father love, even if they are raised in poverty, they will become good people who will help the world. Isn't that all we should want as parents? Sure we would also love to give all of them Mercedes and yachts and buildings. However, I would rather have a good person as my kid, then a rich one.

Poverty is a huge challenge, and not having enough money to cover basic expenses can be frustrating. Ideally, it's something that the state should work on, to offer some support and special opportunities to those who are struggling.
Another thing that generally helped in developed countries was feminism, actually, because tons of women joined the workforce on par with men, and having two major earners in a family makes things much easier.
Sometimes, you can also gather natural resources, but that depends on where you live and what kind of laws and customs you have there. In my country, it's possible (and pretty common) to gather mushrooms and go fishing as food sources.

Inflation have practically taken over the price of everything in most part of the world, it's not only in your country, though in some places it quite worse, but this shows why it's not really good now to depend only on a source of income, so that even though the inflation rate is very high in your country, you wouldn't feel much of the effect if you have more than one thing that brings you more income, so my advice to you is that you should look for a way to add another source of income, to lighten your financial burden.

Under no circumstances should anyone blame the traders or food sellers in our respective areas, because not all of them deliberately increase the price of goods if they can still get their goods at a cheaper price. The increase in food and food supplies is indeed a problem for everyone and this is not only felt by poor and middle class families, but is also felt by street vendors who are also struggling to make a profit so they can buy a bite of food for their family members at home.

So in cases like this, the government must be more involved in stepping in to ensure that food ingredients do not become more expensive at any time so that all elements of society can experience prosperity so that people do not always experience hardship. Apart from that, job vacancy sectors also need to be paid attention to because this is the main sector for increasing people's income for those who are unable to create jobs themselves. Because when there are many job sectors that can be utilized by the community, of course all elements will no longer find it difficult to earn money and fulfill their own daily needs.

It's a global thing that the goods that we consume are increasing, some may not be on a daily basis but you expect that if there's a rise on the crude oil and any related products. Then, all of the things that are being transported are also going to increase. It sucks that it all started during the war of Russia and Ukraine when mills have increased and oil due to demand and supply and even until now, everything has risen. Coming up with some news, UK has admitted that they're economy have fallen into a recession[1].
[1] UK economy slipped into technical recession at the end of 2023

It is not just external factors that have caused this. There are also many mistakes made by the counties themself.  The same in Germany. There, too, the country was hit economically by the war in Ukraine, but the reasons for the current recession also have to do with the incompetent government. The situation is similar in the UK, which has not developed any ideas for country's economy since the Brexit vote. There are also many positive examples of countries in the EU that have also been affected by external factors such as the war in Ukraine, but are nevertheless developing positively, e.g. Spain.

In my own country, there is a government program that says two children are better, but not everyone agrees with it. Yes, I understand that this is our right because it is a recommendation. But here we also have to consider, do not let children become victims.
You see this is why government policies have some logic behind them and people dont realize their bad habits. Having more children does not necessarily mean that your future income from these children will be multiplying - that will only happen if each of them gets educated and skilled enough to get an income of that standard to support themselves. If you cant pay for that first part, then forget about the second part.

In that way government who attempted to curb the number of children in a household have done a right thing in my opinion. Think twice before having more than one or two, if you are unable to feed them, use a condom.  Roll Eyes
Just like I said before, having many children does not always give us something good for the future, especially if we cannot cover or fulfill all their needs, from food, clothing, education and others. We can't hope for something that is uncertain, if that's the case then we look like we want luck to come to us.
There are those whose children can raise the status of their families, but not everything goes as planned. It is quite worrying to see that in the end the child does not get what they need when they are still young. And it is not uncommon for me to see them having to work even though they are still at an age where they should still be in education.
Of course the government will consider when they make decisions that will come out as policies or recommendations. But again as I said before, not everyone can see deeper why the government issued the recommendation or policy.

In some countries in Africa where back in those days we find that amount of money (50k) like you call it, we see it as something big, we can use it to feed those 3kids, wife, pay their school fees, drop money for the wife to take good care of herself and pay the rent too with more money to still go round again but now things have changed. That amount of money can't take care of the family in a month, the society has gotten so bad to the extent that we don't know if working and saving is the right way to live.
Everything has to do with the government, they're the cause of it all, imagine how they think just to get their pockets to be as fast as an elephant without thinking of the poor masses. If they increase the price of fuel I don't think those transporting goods and properties even humans will charge less, to me that's the number effect of things going high everyday in some countries, ones transportation fee is high everybody would try to make gain when they start selling in the market so OP that's one cause of things changing price everyday.
