I think in August, ETH price will explode. And it's a good time to sell this coin, now hold them. Do not rush to sell them.

And what if we approached to some jumps in the prices? It merely takes a week to rise the prices to the skies like we had witnessed last year. In my opinion, even those who do not believe in the rise of the crypto are holding their portfolio. So what I think is that we will head towards the boom in the end of the year. If we hold right now, we might earn some good money. If BTC breaks $25k, then there is a possibility that ETH to can break $2k. When ever there is pump in BTC, large cap coins follow BTC price action and rise much more than BTC itself. ETH is second most popular cryptocurrency and is the main choice adter BTC for institutional investors. So, it is likely to grow in long term along with BTC.
The market can have some good rest till sept and after that, I believe we will start rising high. ETH can actually cross the $2000 values in the end of the year and this is something that is predicted by some good experts. As long as we have Bitcoin and there is appreciation in the prices, ETH will also rise. It is actually the second crypto in the market with the highest market cap. 
since the crypto-currency market is as unpredictable as possible, you can see this in the near future and in six months. very difficult question
if you think and compare the previous races, it is likely that Ethereum will be able to grow so large closer to the winter of 2018.
I am holding ETH since January 2018 when ETH price was $1k And I thought ETH will reach $2k in that time. But it doesn't happen. But I think this will happen in the last year of 2018 Hopefully ETH will touch $2k very soon.
When do you think Eth will break $2,000?
I think that Ethereum will cross the level of 2000 dollars not earlier than November-December 2018; at this year it will definitely reach this level, but not likely that it will be able to stay on this level, probably it will be the peak value, then it will decrease by about 50% again..
It's impossible to break through 2000$ this year. Any cryptocurrency that wants to grow substantially will require a lot of money. Now that sellers exceed buyers in the market, it is impossible for such a gain to be realized in the absence of funds!

I think bitcoin will exceed 40,000 U.S. dollars in mid-2019, so the ether can reach 2000 U.S. dollars. Next year, the cryptocurrency will definitely rise.

Even though that we can't predict precisely what is going to be the price of coins in the future but with the way Eth is doing now in the market i don't think that it will break the $2k value this year. As of this writing the price of Eth is going down. When do you think Eth will break $2,000?
There are many different speculations about the next prices about ethereum, and I think this is getting harder to guess the next movements of ethereum. My personal view is that, it might reach good values before the end of 2018.
Good values yes but 2k by the end of this year is pushing it too far. I mean there's always the possibility but with the way the market is moving today, i won't bet on it. Ethereum is a strong coin and in a few years can probably exceed 2k
I think ethereum holders should have a very strong patient in the next months, because, as you said, the recovering of ethereum might take a really long time.
I think 1 Ethereum token will be anywhere between 2,000–5,000USD by late 2018 with the current circulation supply. In comparison to Bitcoin, Ethereum has had over a 5000% increase over the past year & Bitcoin has had around 1100% increase (Nov. 2016 - Nov. 2017). Last year around this time Bitcoin was around 700USD & Ethereum was around like 7USD. Even at 700USD & all of these alt coins, Bitcoin was still able to do over 1000%. If Bitcoin can pull off 1000% at 700USD, I don’t see why Ethereum can’t pull of at least a 1000% increase at around 480USD (current price of 1 ETH) being that they already accomplished a 5000% increase for 2017 alongside the dominance of Bitcoin placing #2 in the overall cryptocurreny market.

Well dude All also have a similar opinion that the essence of all alternatives cryptocurrency centered on bitcoin and there eth also follow the value thereof .. which if the central value of the alternative then rise and even then pulled himself to exchange FIAT carried by the center that is bitcoin .. It is difficult to predict when ethereum will reach $ 2000, currently the market is unstable and red, for this year I am not sure ethereum will reach $ 2000, and maybe in 2019 ethereum can reach $ 2000.

Of course Eth will reach the price of $ 2000 but later. The market needs rest after which it will start to recover!
ETH is rising behind Bitcoin so we have to wait for bitcoin to grow. If there is a growth of bitcoin immediately behind it will be the growth of Ethereum. I think it will be in the second half of this year.
It is very hard to know when it will happen but it will happen some day. When market starts making new highs later this year or next year, then it is likely for Ethereum to make new highs and go to $2000.
i think it will happen if the government legalizes cryptocurrency, the more countries that legalize it, then i believe the price will increase. because surely many investors who feel safe with the protection of the government Jump to:
