Hi thank you for clarifying my intention was not to accuse just find someone who was familar with the contest and how to redeem the prize.

It took about 4 tries but I finally got hold of a helpful support member who suggested I talk to the event host which I still don't know who that is but it led me to someone who I think might be the owner and they have been super helpful and I think have contacted the event host so now we're just waiting to hear back from them.

I don't believe the OP is accusing the casino; he was simply asking a question. That might be the reason why he didn't mention the name of the casino. So, I don't understand why some users interpreted it as a scam accusation.

OP, I suggest you directly ask the casino support for the contact information of the provider. Alternatively, if you manage to find the provider's contact details, that would be helpful for you. However, asking the casino support directly will be more convenient. Additionally, since the casino is featuring such an event, they should have the contact information of their partner, shouldn't they?

This is a whole new twist to your story. This is looking not too directional to what it is you are talking about. Did you check properly initially to know if you won or not before wanting to claim the reward? . You both don't need to check to know you won or not.

Or could it be a mistake that you got a message for winning ?

Anyway I will suggest you can lock this thread now that you have checked to see you never won what you are trying to claim reward on.

UPDATE:

Sypoort staff member Eila who is the best support told me to context host provider of the event and told me to view the forum which led me to BC_Panda and so I mesaged them on telegram.

Panda gave me all the info I needed and has been very kind and helpful with fast respond. We both checked my UID to see if it was listed as winner but it was not. 

Doesn't make sense why to be shown message saying I won if I did not. Maybe error or glitch.

Panda said they contact event host and waiting on respond.

You are right, a post like this, on another board, like the scam and accusation board, or reputation board, won't generate any attention , simply because like you said, there is exactly no concrete reason to give think too much about this, op him or herself have not responded to this thread since he or she posted it..

So even if the issue have been resolved and op forget to update us here on the thread, there is no way to know, but what I do know is that, if at all, this was a very serious issue to op, he would have responded to this thread after reading all the comment forum users have posted here.

Make your experience to be more open so that everyone can help you properly also direct you where to complain about your problem, I have seen that the site is bc.games and also see screenshots to make sure that your story in this thread is true not just fabrication which is usually done by other newbies in this forum to seek attention only.

What casino is it, and who is the game provider that is not responding to your messages to their support team when you have won a contest conducted by them? You need to post some proof and these two names so that those who are reading can get a clear picture and people can stay vigilant about both the casino and the provider when they are gaming next time, if they pay you for the wins, well & good, but if they don't, they will need to be exposed for this.

You also didn't mention how much money is involved, I mean how much did you win that you are not being paid by the provider? If it's a very small amount, maybe it isn't worth wasting your time, but if it's something reasonable, you shouldn't leave them just like that until you get your prize.

Sorry I edited my orignial post now let me know if you need more info I don't really have much more though. I never asked to win this damn contest or wanted to win they the ones who gave it to me just such a headache really upset at this casino now days.

I didn't mean to be making a complaint I simply was trying to get more info on the contest I thought it would be a well known contest someone maybe won at too could tell me how they claimed the prize but I added more details now and an image so hope that will help. BC support has finally offered some useful info. The only good support agent there is Eila. She said to contact event host but didn't tell me their name or contact info yet.

Apart from the complaint statement given by the OP which is not very clear, I actually have doubts and also a little distrust of the OP's complaint.
Maybe the OP gave an incomplete statement and also he couldn't include the name of the casino that organized the competition as you said so that makes us all have doubts.
Actually in this forum there are many examples of complaints that OP can emulate, namely providing all the clarifications and also other facts but never mind why should we think too much about things that have not been proven to be certain.

It is the same concern I also stated in my previous comment, but i sense that maybe op is not good with English and as a result, lack the proper English words to really express himself by explaining the situation in full details, but then, what ever be his or her reason for an incomplete complaint, the fact like you said, remains that there is no way we could help as a community, and for the fact he didn't even mention the casino or platform that organized the said competition or contest is another barrier altogether..

Anyways, let's hope he comes back with more detailed report of the his situation.

Next time be more opened, what type of game and which online gambling platform you use? This is very important and you will be able to get accurate answers from members on the forum, maybe you use a scam gambling platform or a gambling platform that already have a bad reputation? I don't know why people use unpopular platforms first before they ask for others opinion, you could be saved few times already if you share your plan on this forum, this is one lesson I learnt the hardest way and since that time I am very careful, even as a Full member on this forum I still ask questions that is expected from a junior member, because I don't want to be an example of sorry case when I messed things up already.

I'm not sure if you'll get the possible solution you seek from this blank complain because how on earth do you expect people to give you solutions when you didn't even mention the name of the competition or even show proves to your claims.
Now  let me advise  that it will be better if you try getting in touch with organizers of this competition  which you said you already did and if there isn't no respond  after sever attempt, then you should atleast let people know of the name of the competition  so as to help tag it a scam to avoid others from  falling into similar situations.
I will be glad if the thread is updated frequently  so as to keep the community  and forum aware of the situation.

It's called Cash-X and is on the bc.game platform right now and has been going on for the past few months at least. I've read the terms and it's not very clear as to when or how the prizes will be distributed.

It doesn't say where the winners will be announced exactly and it doesn't say that the winners need to claim the prize or anything. Also, this makes it sound like BC is solely responsible for this contest so idk why when I asked my VIP host she said the contest is third party to contact them. I won this prize on the 15th of June so it would have been announced on the 23rd but I never saw any announcement so I guess maybe it's all bullshit from the casino which makes sense since this casino has really gone to shit now. 

Post the screenshot for us to see just hide important details of the email we never know if it's just an error in sending, usually the link should be specific to the winner of the contest or there should be a follow-up email on how to claim the prize.

We can only speculate on what really happens, you really need to contact and ask them about the email they've sent you that you are the winner of the contest and what needs to be done to collect the prize.

Actually, as said by friends here for you to reveal the name of the site and proof to make it easier to help your problem, if you are really serious and have no intention of dropping the casino site, so far I have seen a lot of casino contests they always pay by sending the name our users to their social media or via PM depending on how they contact the winner.

I'm sure if you want this problem to be resolved and get your prize, feel free to reveal the contest link also the site name including screenshot proof so that everything can be resolved or if they are active in this forum better contact them via their thread directly. because I believe it can also help solve your problem so that you can get your prize immediately. but if you don't want to openly then just forget this thread.

It seems from your story that they conducted contests and then did not follow their rules when there were winners. If there is no reply from support, and twitter, it's a bit stressful at least for the winnes of their competition.

Also, have you tried emailing them? or glimpsed their official channels such as Telegram, Discord, or whatsapp? Try contacting them here first. What kind of gambling are you talking about?

I was playing on bc.co and I never said that they aren't legit and I don't think they are scamming me. I just thought it was kinda funny how they put so much effort into promoting these contests then when someone wins its like no one cares.
