Is inhaling nothing but air better for you, of course, it would be silly to try and argue otherwise. As a harm reduction approach though electronic cigarettes are a much better alternative to combustion products.

In my opinion it is a good start to quit smoking. It only is a substitute, and does nothing against a nicotine addiction. It maybe helps against the habit of lighting a cigarette, so this could be a first step to quit it at all.
Though it might not be as harmful as real cigs it still does some damage, and the fear of it exploding in your face.

I personal think that it's bullshit, but there is a few stories of people who was smoking for 10 years and with electric cigarette stop smoked. I'm a smoker and i would like to stop that's why i need your advice.
NO, the smoke of electric cigarette is more dangerous because of the evaporation of a fluid on it can cause fluid remain in your lungs and that bad to your health .you know why i said it because when fluid evaporate it will not remain in evaporated state it will in liquid form so you should not use it but it just my opinion about electric cigarette.
Electric cigarette is dangerous to use , because there are certain cases where some people who uses this kind of tool to smoke , blew in their mouth. Because electric cigarette uses battery to be operated. Once there is a short circuit in it , it will blow. And electric cigarette is not advisable to use in quutting to smoke.
