I personal think that it's bullshit, but there is a few stories of people who was smoking for 10 years and with electric cigarette stop smoked. I'm a smoker and i would like to stop that's why i need your advice.
me too .. I'm a smoker for many years.. And i want to stop it but i cant.. I have a elec. Cig. But my body want it.. Any help?? Some tips ?

No, because i hate smoke very attractive but not good for your health.
Of course the best action to take is not to smoke/vape at all but it has been proven that vaping is far less dangerous than smoking. In my personal opinion it tastes a whole lot better too.
I am not a cigarette smoker but I am a big fan of hookah and for me I find electronic cigarettes enjoyable. Of course I have heard about the negative health risks from the electronic cigs but it's smoking, I don't think people do it because they plan to live forever, they do it because it is enjoyable and relaxing.
I dont think that any cigarette is a good idea.. 
I personal prefer real cigarettes

Both are bad for your health... Is not easy but you just need to try and try until you stop smoking (don't be weak...)... you just need to remember that cigarette is killing you so... just stop it!!! 
It's really shit. I smoked for 8 years and gave up because of the soon-to-be-born child. I have not been smoking for 3 months, although I could not last a day before. It's all about motivation, if there is someone for whom or when health deteriorates, then you'll quit in any case.
