E cigar doesn't have or at least less nicotine from the usually cigar, but some are saying that E Cigarettes are also bad to human's health. It can cause Pleural Effusion

Electric cigarette will only makes it worse. In my opinion. You will only be reminded of the taste and I know the electric cigarette can not quell your desire that is why you will go back to smoking traditionally. And the electric strategy will self defeat itself. To quit smoking I think you should start to look far into the future. Will you have a good health if you continue smoking? or are you even there?

E cigarettes are actually effective as a smoking cessation device. I've been on it for about 5 years now. Now if you want to switch to this device, buy one of those starter kits and vape with 6-12mg nicotine. From there you taper down your nicotine intake. You can also buy e-juice that taste like your favorite cigarettes
Definitely go for it! It really helped me alot! Buy one of those starter kits which includes both atomizer and mod. Since it's an OCC coil you don't need to worry about building it. Start with 12mg nicotine then taper lower. It worked for me, only I started with pens
Yes, definitely. In todays society many people are addicted to cigarretes and this is a big problem for the health of the people in our society. Well it isnt bs it will have less chemicals than a normal cigarette. If you are asking whether it is better for you I would say probably minimally. Why not vape e-liquid juice? It is almost similar and you get fruity flavors

And for the last time tellabout the dangers of Smoking, and offer electronic cigarette, And other advertising companies talk about the dangers of electronic cigarettes.
