Hi. I have ben mining for about 2 months now on eligius. But it seems that i always get less coins than what i should get.
My average gh/s is 3,629.51 Gh/s for over a very long period. But i am just getting around 0.0229 per day. Where i should get 0.0298.

I have 3 Antminer S5 with temps around 50-55c

Im just curious. Any ideas why its like that?
Btw i have about 1% Hw Error after 27 days up time and less than 0.002% rejected.

The last couple of weeks have been very unlucky, that is probably skewing the average.

On the stats page you can see the total luck percent over the course of your mining.

Okay. Is it just beacause of that? I am lossing about 1/3 om my total reward. Seems little to much.

The total percent is about 90%

There does seem to be something strange going on with the payout queue. I've been seemingly popping in and out of the queue for the last few days. Currently I have 0.2 BTC unpaid balance yet the stats webpage says I am not in the queue: https://gyazo.com/88412bfaf1a2af4c9eb1e302ed694ff0

But yesterday I was in the queue, and then the day before that I was not in the queue. And when I am in the queue, if I recall correctly it seems like the queue position is dereasing much more slowly than usual

What your screen grab shows is what happens when a fail-safe happens.  The ones in the past few days have been my fault, since I've had to pause the reward system while I shuffle some things around on the back end every now and then.  Then yesterday some things got screwy with the temporary database I had setup for the transition period.  Still working on that, but it's mostly OK now.

As always no shares are lost and everything is accounted for. However, when there is a block found during a fail-safe the payout queue grows by one block since auto payouts aren't done in that case.

So, not really "strange".... just a bit of a pain. Once I catch up the payout queue with a manual payout or two after I finish this round of back end changes things will be back to normal.

Currently working an issue with the reward system database that is causing payout queue/balance/etc stats to be screwy for the moment.  Nothing major, just some unexpected delays related to some server migration I've been working on to get Eligius's back end upgraded a bit.

I expect to have everything back up and running within the next few hours.

As always no shares lost, mining is working, etc.  Stats will catch up once everything is back to normal.  And I'll work on a manual payout in the next few days to catch up the payout queue.

Is something happening to the payout queue? I was in the queue until yesterday and I moved up to 15 blocks ahead ahead of me; today I'm back in the queue. I've noticed that sometimes the queue goes blank but eventually returns so I'm guessing this had something to do with it?  Thanks

Working as intended.  The payout queue is oldest paid first and recalculates each block.  So if I set my payout to 1BTC but it takes me a full month to get to 1BTC then odds are I will go to the front of the queue just as soon as I hit 1 BTC since I will be owed for shares from a full month back.  So every time the pool finds a block the queue is shuffled a bit.  Sometimes when the pool hits two blocks very close together your display will say you are not in the queue anymore but don't worry about it, the next block will sort you out again.

EDIT: I guess I should also point out that there are some fail safe reasons that payouts will go to a pool wallet and not pay anyone (as in the case of two blocks very quickly).  The fail safes are just precautionary in case of malfunctions so no erroneous payments are made.  When that happens nobody gets paid so the queue just gets longer.  Then every 6 to 8 weeks wizkid stops by and does a manual payout to catch the queue back up.  In fact we are about due for a visit.  Wink

I think you should merge mine all of the merged mined coins Namecoin, Ixcoin, Devcoin, I0coin and Unobtanium. Why not? it is free we are already mining.

The pool has been pretty unlucky recently. I wonder if it's a simple statistical fluctuation.

Looking back to Sept. 1, I think we have seen an average luck of about 86%...
Quite possible, but the last week has been bad at luck.
