No, Elon Musk is most likely driven by financial gain and not by the ideology and ideas that allowed Bitcoin to exist.
People in the current administration of this forum at least share the values of Satoshi and were here from the beginning, while Bitcoin was tagged as scam, ponzi and dark currency, they still believe in the vision of decentralized money and that (in my opinion) is not for sale.
