Why does it happen, did the swap on the third page yet. You can say one of the first, but already the end of the swap, but there are no coins until then.
Based on the admins update from last night they complete all balance snap shot first then they will proceed with the distribution.
The distribution will run until tomorrow 27th of January, if you dint receive yours after tomorrow then that's the time you complain with the admin with your case.
For as long as your are not part of the multi accounts then you will surely receive your swap coins.
