You are right this is "CFNP", jeha2015 has declared to leave the campaign so I applied.
You are a good person Sir. I don't want you to look bad because you filed while the campaign still had CFNP status. I was like you before. And it turns out that even though there are empty slots, when the manager still doesn't make [OPEN] it means BM doesn't accept new participants or just hasn't opened it yet. You'd better wait for it to open sir.
