I've also stated before that there is no waiting list, because it can be a hassle to keep updated with people no longer being interested/going inactive. When slots open, I generally wait 1-2 days before picking someone so just apply in that timeframe.
Exactly the same happened to me, and when seeing just three days ago you added more workforce I decided to move my idle application to the current page of the thread, and deleted the old posting. Simple as that.In a way postings right inside this timeframe can be seen as some sort of a list.
