As my name has been brought up I'd like to make it clear that I think the campaign manager is free to decide who they wish to rent signature advertising space from and has no need to justify that decision.
From reading the responses and mentions of periods of inactivity I'd guess this would be one reason I was overlooked. I didn't have any reason to use the forum after I stopped mining at the beginning of 2014 and came back to using the forum again this year when I became interested in investing my coins. This seems to lead to the incorrect assumption my account may be hacked or sold.

I've found that most people that post on 'spam megathreads' keep posting there. One person who has wanted to join for quite a while has many posts on those threads, and he still does it. I don't mind people posting in sections/places that don't count as long as not almost every post is made there, -snip-
Razick only posted 25% in spam threads not "most" but stedsm posted 60% in not allowed threads and also Razick is an active poster but stedsm is away for 14 days and also stedsm applied last so what is the reason stedsm is better than everyone to get accepted?

Exactly! I just counted TheQuin's posts and he did 163 posts since September 29 and Stedsm did only 1 post on October 10 before applying to ChipMixer campaign... of course Darkstar is not a stupid manager. Only explanation he is friends with Stedsm or is an alt account because there is no reason why he is a better poster than TheQuin.
Also TheQuin has good posts, and we want to know why that guy who only did 1 post in 2 weeks and applied last got accepted before the ones who applied before with better posting history!

It is clear Stedsm is your friend/alt. He could not get accepted unless he sent you a PM before that to explain his personal life situation why he did not post 2 weeks straight.
Because I accepted them, and assumed they were busy with personal life? With solid proof like that you should report me to the community by posting it on the [User Generated] - Known alts of anyone thread - I'm sure everyone would like to hear your amazing proof that makes it clear that he is my alt (or friend). Also, why would I post on Stedsm's account (if he was my alt) when I could be using my own and making more BTC? I was in the Bitsler campaign and now the Bazista campaign that pays 0.001BTC/post or higher, which is more than what ChipMixer pays. I have not been reaching my max posts for the campaign I'm in for a pretty long period of time now. Oh and speaking of alts, whose alt are you?
So, what do you propose he was doing in those 2 weeks?

I have had zero contact with Stedsm before his application, as we are not friends/alts. If he does not meet my expectations, obviously he will be removed.
jseverson - Would have been accepted had Stedsm not been accepted first and there were slots open. (applied after the campaign was full)
malikusama - Not all posts are great English/a decent length
cellard - Good posts, would have been accepted if Stedsm wasn't or we had more slots. Even longer period of inactivity than Stedsm which you seem to be complaining about

Hi. I know that I have not yet posted since the date you mentioned but the reason behind it is, I am a student who goes for a 9-to-9 job in another city as well as the remaining time is given to my study (distance education learning). I know that such behavior of remaining dormant is not tolerable and about quality, I guess I have improved much better since past. It's their decision in the end. I only got weekends to sit in front of my desk and work over the forum and contribute towards the topics that interests me. They must have seen something before accepting me, so please don't be rude to them.
I never go to the managers saying,"You are this, you are that" even if they decide not to take me because I can take it and I try to improve too much. Let's have a different thread for all this if you want and not spam this one. Please don't take my words as a harsh reply but a kind request.

Nothing's hidden except people's intentions on how they would react over such situations.

I HAVE SEEN MANY USERS GETTING ACCEPTED WHO WOKE UP AFTER A LONG TIME OF INACTIVITY AND IF I DIDN'T POST FOR 2 WEEKS, BIG DEAL? STOP BULLYING THE MANAGER FOR NOT GIVING YOU THE CHANCE AND LET ME WORK FOR THEM AND PROVE WHETHER I DESERVE THIS SPOT OR NOT. I THINK ONE WEEK IS ENOUGH TO SHOW WHETHER I SHOULD REMAIN HERE OR NOT.

There's no requirement to change your signature to apply. I do prefer waiting some time to get more people applying, so I can find the best person. There's also nothing stopping you from applying to other campaigns.

Hi. I know that I have not yet posted since the date you mentioned but the reason behind it is, I am a student who goes for a 9-to-9 job in another city as well as the remaining time is given to my study (distance education learning). I know that such behavior of remaining dormant is not tolerable and about quality, I guess I have improved much better since past. It's their decision in the end. I only got weekends to sit in front of my desk and work over the forum and contribute towards the topics that interests me. They must have seen something before accepting me, so please don't be rude to them.
I never go to the managers saying,"You are this, you are that" even if they decide not to take me because I can take it and I try to improve too much. Let's have a different thread for all this if you want and not spam this one. Please don't take my words as a harsh reply but a kind request.

Oh nice! I appreciate your efforts to choose a burst poster for your campaign. Have you really seen post history? He posts all his posts in only 1-2 day/days every week and remain quiet rest of the days.

Guys, just stop it. This is a really, really bad look for all of you. I can barely read because the salt is so goddamn thick in this thread. You didn't get picked -- oh well. There's lots of campaigns, including higher paying ones. Why don't you guys just apply to one of those instead?
