Flixxo can't guarantee that content uploaded by the users is legal in terms of copyright but there will be a mechanism implemented to prevent uploading unlicensed content. Content uploaders will be required to lock some tokens in a smart contract for some time as a security against copyright infringements. In case of a dispute, he/she might lose the tokens so it is clearly disincentivized. There will also be a number of community-elected "curators" who will filter inappropriate or illegal content from the network in exchange for tokens.

aside from users (content creater) provide contents to the platform, I saw that the CEO of Flixxo also collaborate with Hollywood movie productions? So I guess we'll be seeing some of Hollywood movies in the platform with TVOD model?

they do not even have a whitepaper, team has no experience in the field and they have no alpha so it is very hard to compare them to Flixxo. They also have no media presence other than that article.

My remaining savings also went into Flixxo tokens today. I had to choose one project to go all in as everywhere is cheaper tokens available these days. Here it comes to choose where the potential and use case will bring you rewards few times in few months.

Great post! It really breaks down the stakeholders well (creators, advertisers, viewers/seeders) and tracks the process of the tokens through the ecosystem. I also like that it highlights one of the greatest benefits of the platform: decentralization. For me, that's the most exciting part. I love that content creators are no longer tied to one all-powerful site. In other words, they're not forced to play "the Youtube game" in order to support themselves.
