As I understand it will cost flixx to watch a video? Will this be a one time cost or would it have to be paid for every time the video is watched?
This is a one-time cost so long as you keep the video downloaded. If you decide to delete and re-download the video you will have to pay the seeders' fees again, but you will not have to pay the creator's fee.

Is it possible to watch an advertisement at any time to get flixx tokens? If so, what stops me from just watching these adds to get tokens and sell them to the advertisers?
