Try deleting the whole roaming folder. If you do not have "show hidden files" enabled in folder options you will not get all the files out. make sure you have your wallet.dat backed up.

So there will be maximum total 1.1M coins after block 3500.

Thats correct and then 7200 coins per day. Which means at current rate we would only need an extra .08 BTC per day if mined coins were dumped right away.
