I had looked for many minutes....almost an hour to find the reason of "You are not allowed to send personal messages." message!!!!
Now I'm writing this post to unlock this limitation in the hope I'll can post more intelligent messages.

This is to avoid PM spam and it's quite reasonable as many commercial bots come here and could just PM everyone and then create another one and do the same without even posting. This one protect the forum form this kind of spamming.
