i guess it is not possible to put wallets of different coins on the same trezor?

You can use one seed for all cryptocurrencies. Right now we support BTC, NMC and LTC; With proper support in *coin software you can change currency in runtime and you'll see *coin history and balances. We're working with Litecoin developers to support Trezor in their client.

How does that work? Is there a second firmware (bootloader)?

Yes.

UEFI BIOS

Is this the case? EDIT Clarification: can the authenticity of the firmware be verified?

Yes. If you flash unofficial firmware on the device it will print a warning during the boot-up (which you have to confirm).

There's also going to be trust issues.

Not necessarily. If users can easily force the device to generate a new seed, and there is some way to cryptographically verify the firmware on the device, the trust issues should disappear.

Trust issues are not problem. Handling complaints is. Lots of people want to become resellers, because they see easy money, but when we ask about how they plan to provide support and handle complaints they are suddenly speechless. :-)

Trezor - do you do bulk discount prices for resellers? You can PM me if you like

I second this request but doubt it'll happen before the direct sells are dealt with.

I'm not sure it makes sense, either. Probably not at this point.

There's also going to be trust issues.

When you first turn it on, you write down the seed. It will never display again.
I plan to write a text file on an m-disc.

Amazing project  Cheesy

but tell me something if this dies say what happens to the bitcoins ?

I think there's a way to back up the seed.
