Do we have Newbee fans here? the entire roster has been banned by Perfect World and Valve for their events. This is ripping off their Dota 2 career although some tournaments can still be joined by them but it's not that as elegant and bigger prize pool as TI, minors and majors.
I used to like Newbee back then when they're still at the top with Sccc and after that I remember they even picked up Yawar's team to support them in the last TI. They're basically done, after what they did I doubt any tournament organizer would allow them to compete. There's so many teams fighting to get an opportunity while Newbee wasted it through match fixing it's unlikely they'll have a second chance imo.

In a few days there's upcoming closed qualifiers for the DPC regional leagues. SEA/China/Europe /CIS

Happy new year everyone!

I can't wait for Dota to be back in less than 3 weeks Valve just announced the full details earlier about the 2021 DPC.
Finally, after the long wait. DPC season 1 for 2021 has started. On Sea, there were teams who were already qualified and waiting for the slots to be filled at the upper division. Meanwhile, there are teams to compete at closed qualifiers and winners on this stage will be qualified to join to the Upper Division which has the points and prize money.

We are so used to having games every day that it is really interesting that there are no games on holidays. I hope we can watch the tournament matches again as soon as possible (I'm speaking for cs go).
Yeah very quiet the last days here no GS:GO matches  Grin Grin
The next Tournament is coming Smiley in January im think come the next good matches.

This holidays actually gives the team managers to create possible trades and roster changes, specially most of the teams that will be having matches have good pings right now. On the other hand, other players keep on grinding even its the Holiday season so its really just good to watch these players get pub matches.

Valorant is very promising and I think it'll last long like CS:GO last for a long time. CS:GO is still the OG game but sadly, too many cheaters and no one can enjoy it right now. In riot we trust, it'll make the game more interesting, it didn't reach its anniv yet so more updates to come and probably next year, gamblign platforms will be full of valorant bettings.
I agree their competitive scene is growing at a fast rate and recently get_right one of the old csgo players released a teaser for his transition to Valorant hopefully Riot have some plans to announce a bigger tournament that's similar to first strike.

There's more to come especially for Dota 2 when the real action comes back as DPC season is about to come soon this January 2021. The best teams would have to collect more points for them to qualify in the best tournament for Dota 2, The International and also other major tournaments sponsored by Valve. You can have an idea by watching the past The International 2018 and past years how hype the tournament is. There's also a documentary for each of TI every year which is entitled "True Sight". You can watch it on YouTube by searching the keywords.
And, congratulations to your success.

i also read in article that ROS(Rule Of Survival) is Planning to Launch tournament Next year ,though Their popularity is dropping as Valorant is now dominating the Esports World ,i can see that because my Son is an active Esport player and updating each news for the community.

How i wish COC(Clash of Clans) are still at peak ,so i may participate in events here in forum or outside  Grin

Yes Valorant is coming big in the next jears, butt im must say this game is not good maybe im to old  Grin Grin
CS:GO Tournaments for next jear at home like this jear damn corona.
maybe we find new undergogs its easyer for new player when they play an match from home.
I respect your opinion but most of the cs:go pros switched to valorant now and enjoying it, most of the Asian countries are now playing FPS because of Riot, from the top recent games, MOBA games. The Winstrike team has been a team that has been on the rise recently. He began to collect his attention. It has become a team that I will follow closely. I would say you follow Winstrike closely.
Their csgo team might have a lot of wins recently but it's mostly against weaker teams and they haven't qualified in a tournament where they could really show their potential in beating the big teams. If I have to mention a team that's on the rise in the CIS region it's probably Team Spirit.

Merry Christmas you guys.

I wonder what the new year holds for esports?

I only came into it this year because of the lockdowns and needing something to do. Was quite successful for a while when I could afford it.

I have never yet known what the normal is.

Thanks for all the learnings and tips.

Gasp I have never seen a physical tourney, only online.  I feel such a baby.   Cheesy

Worked great last night so why not do it again?
yes it did https://i.ibb.co/y4Lcqvt/8b76d.png

i forgot to post my pick for today, but it was obviously going to be a ticket backing the best team in the LPL

Same as the other day, i expected a stomp from TES but i kept it pretty safe in my bet slip with a -1.5 handicap in case WE won the blind pick or some other game...

and that was oficially the last competitive LoL match of 2020...Next competitive game will be the KeSPA Cup Final next Sunday...should be a clean 3-0, 20min per game win for DWG  Smiley

Next year there will be offline tournaments and we'll probably see a lot of matches than usual because of major tournaments that was continuously postponed. With that said predicting might become easier now that teams have something to play for rather than just getting circuit points over and over.

For my lol bet of the day I was able to snag KT Rolster @2 vs Nongshim now it's down to 1.85. I haven't watched most of their games but Nongshim was playing kind of sloppy against Sandbox during the quarterfinals. I think the bookies are underestimating KT Rolster and imo they should be the favorites in this series.

That -1.5 handicap for TES looks good and I will probably play it. Just have to decide for how big stake. I will probably combine it with some DOTA again. Maybe Phoenix gaming to take a map.

@tomahawk9
C'mon man, share some LOL tip for the night morning, I have DOTA part of the ticket already settled.
I have my eye on Neon +1.5 @1.48 and Access to win @1.39

Maybe over 3.5 maps on TOP esports - Team WE?

I was expecting a good performance from the Turkish team in the winstrike 9INE match in Csgo, but let's say it was not what I expected, the team is not fully used to each other, so this result was obtained.
