I think all the coins mentioned above, Eth, Dash & Ripple are decent and good for investment. Just look at the community & their activeness in the exchangers from each coin, until now it is still crowded and active.
There are certain risks in working with any of the cryptocurrencies. It is necessary to analyze the behavior of the crypto currency in the market, as a rule, if one position sags, others give growth.
In my opinion, all the coins you mentioned are very good and potentially profitable. But if I have to choose one,

I think they are very different altcoins and all would be excellent investments, the best thing you could do is invest in all to have a good diversity on your portfolio, now if you do not have much and want to focus on one, I think ethereum is the best return on your investment, because it is decentralized and has a very useful platform that serves as a basis for many creations.
I woulnd not go with ETH, because the future of it is unclear right now since other platforms could actually be better in near future.

If i was asked this question a few month back, even some weeks ago, I would have chosen ethereum without even battling an eye, but with what is going on now with that coin, it would be my least option from these three now. I still love the coin, and believe in it, but it wouldn't be my first choice right now. Anything between RIpple or Dash.

And between RIpple and Dash, I'd better choose Dash. Don't like ripple at all. It’s very controversial coin.
Ethereum, dash and ripple which is symbolised as xrp. Well from my point of view this three coin are great coin that has proving to be good and has great potential but if u was given capital and ask to invest in one it will be ethereum
Every coin is too dump right now, but Ripple seems stronger than Ethereum. Ethereum price will go under 150 USD within a few days but Ripple will remain strong overall! Ripple has a huge amount of token supply but its price went to the more than 3.84 USD! So, it is a very big coin no doubt! So, I think you may have a look into Ripple and if not then Ethereum.
Even literally half a year ago I would invest in the ether. But for today, everything has changed dramatically, it falls all the way down. But the coin RIpple and Dash, worth a look.
In my opinion Ethereum is worth invest in it, because niw its price is really low, but Eth has a great potencial for growth, so you can invest in it.
All three mention coins are very good and very beneficial in long term plan. But if i make sequence from them, then my first preference is Ethereum, second is Ripple and third is Dash. And in addition than these coins, i am suggest about Docademic (MTC) which is already listed and good potential coin.

For me, Ethereum is the leader between the coins you offer. First of all, I choose it. The price should be even lower and you can buy it safely. You can also buy Ripple. I'm not a fan of Ripple, but this coin promises good growth in the future. Anyway, you better do your own research and decide what will be better for you
ETH is my first choice. Because it's popular after bitcoin. XRP is only suitable for banks because it is almost as centralized platform as unlike ETH and BTC is decentralized. And DASH is in 3rd place. The current ETH is very low price is a good time to buy. ETH will reach $ 1000 by the end of 2018. This is my opinion.
read an interesting article that the etherium is more susceptible to drawdowns. Since the projects that have collected money (and usually are collected in the etherium) after ISO immediately merge their millions in the etherium into bitcoin or fiat.
I will go for ETH in this case.
