in my opinion no, because eth will upgrade in 2020 so eth prices will go up because investors will buy eth because eth upgrade has many good advantages for investors and eth
In Q1-Q2 this year, I think Ethereum will be ranging trading around >100$. It can't get pump so much bcz of there is no good reason. Ethereum 2.0 wouldn't take serious reason to pump the coin
In Q2-Q3, as bitcoin goes pump, Ethereum will follow it. Ethereum can be pump while altseason happening. That's not only ethereum but for most altcoins in cryptospace

It will go on that price soon of because of some members of the ethereum project sold millions worth of eth. Seems like the developers is losing faith on ethereum.
I think the minimum ETH will cost in January 2020, but it seems to me that the price is unlikely to fall so much to $70, I think the maximum to $100-110, much will depend on the price of Bitcoin.
It should be the maximum price floor for the bottom price of ethereum. it has so many support as the market of ethereum has already tried to break the resistance again without even follow bitcoin caused by at that time the price of bitcoin is getting stable without a pump or dump. as long as ethereum can spread positive impact to the market and FOMO will be real. no matter how much increase already got by bitcoin and that will increase for sure. $150 as the next resistance point. 
Recently one of the founders of ethereum sold a significant amount of ethereum, do you think he will sell his coins now if he thought the price of ethereum will go up in the short term? That should be a huge warning sign that something could be wrong with ethereum, I have always thought good things from ethereum but now this is generating doubts in my mind about its future and what we can expect out of the coin for the next months despite the updates that are supposed to take place next.
Let's not rush with conclusions! He have his own reasons for selling, we can be paranoid and think about worst case scenario,
but there is always a possibility that he sold cause he needs money for something else. I don't like to mess in others people private
things.
In the worst case, if someone lost faith and dumps all the coins it's his own thing. I didn't lose my faith cause of him. There are
another developers that will take his place.

Don't worry for now, I think history repeats itself and $85 for each Eth was the bottom. If start with BTC, during BTC's first cycle, it went from around $1,200 to a low of $180 then up to $19,500 during the last bull run. ETH went up to around $1,350 to a low of $85. If ETH follows the pattern of it's predecessor then it should hit $18,000. although if it does reach that point in the next 2-4 years, it would be mostly run on speculation unless a solid usable product is introduced to and used by the public in that time which I doubt will happen. Realistically, I wouldn't be surprised if ETH's next ATH reaches $15,000. 2018 - 2019 its similar periods for ETH. ETHEREUM are going to 70$?

That would be the bearishness market to fall under $100 and damn too low reaching $70 so i think that will be the worsted market fall for years and many will sure cry,but people like me?of course will celebrate because i can easily add more ETH than what ia have right now.and also i have been waiting for this since 2017 hope will come true now.before the Halving of bitcoin brings the Bull inside mrket. anyway it has a support at 82$, so to go to 70$ it should break the support

$70 looks unlikely in the short-term. We have come back strongly from the latest dip, which was well above that level. Also the bear market low around this time last year was still above that price point for ETH. So given that much of the alt market moves together, we'd have to see a huge dip for ETH to hit $70, even more than the bottom of the 2018 bear market. I don't think that will happen.
from now on, ethereum prices are likely to recover. On 30 December 2019 yesterday, ethereum prices seemed to be trying to rise, even better recovery than bitcoin. maybe, in the near future, ethereum prices will again have a price of 0.02 btc / ethereum. That's true. but just forget about the price point below $100 as it will never be reached by ethereum . yesterday, ethereum gets at least 6% increase and that's more than enough to bring back the price of ethereum again to the $140. anyway it has a support at 82$, so to go to 70$ it should break the support

The next resistance should be on $150.
What we can hope to see bitcoin will be getting another FOMO again this year. It looks like that people are still feeling good about the progress of bitcoin in the future.

Although ETH will have many updates in 2020 but with those updates there is no guarantee that the price of ETH will increase, this market is now not affected by the same news as before. In 2020 I believe that the price of ETH will fall below 100$ and the price of 70$ is entirely possible for ETH sr. member

We all know that $70 for ETH is entirely possible. However I don't think it will happen. The whole market is moving together, and we bounced back very strongly when lower support was tested recently. Given that ETH is also moving towards PoS with 2.0, I would think we are more likely to see an increase in price. Will we see the ATH again that we had at the peak of ICO-fever, when everything ran on ETH and every new project hit hardcap? Difficult to say, but I would argue yes, because smart contracts (with ETH still leading the way) have huge huge potential.

because Ethereum will go along with bitcoin when bull comes next year.
and also Vitalik is cooking something for another progress of ethereum.
though i dont care what will happens next,if the price dump?then i will use
all my saved money to buy again,because $70 is really a cheapest price
ETH has for years now and let us look for this as advantage.
Could possibly happen if you expect markets to continue to slip overall, but I think that ETH will actually perform relatively well in terms of holding up in this bearish sentimented market compared to other coins like EOS and smaller cap coins because it has some institutional background.
So yes, $70 is possible, but not likely imo.
Especially when you consider that we're on the verge of recovery already. Tough to see how it can lose another 50%.

Well if bitcoin dumps again or any negative news about Ethereum then the price would dump to $70 for sure. Let's hope the better market in the next year.
maybe I didn't see that it would happen with ethereum as you said. ethereum will remain stable at current prices, ethereum will not plunge to below $ 100. that it is expected that good developments in the next year with ethereum are expected by many people, seeing the development of 2 years ago, when starting the new year ethereum is actually quite powerful. whether 2020 will be a similar era of revival, we will just have to wait for it. 
Well if bitcoin dumps again or any negative news about Ethereum then the price would dump to $70 for sure. Let's hope the better market in the next year.
