Very likely this will come. ETH has been dormant in the market for about 4 months now with a price of $ 180 to $ 200. ETH is experiencing a bear market for itself in preparation for a new boom. It is highly likely that it will return by the end of Q4 this year promising a surprising price.

It will step over 300$ mark in this week for sure. The chart looks strong , buy orders are solid and the new tech is coming so all this leads to a semi bull-run to ethereum and probably a lot of other altcoins will follow the same route. However I would still be cautious with this and I would not go all in or something similar in altcoins, I saw a lot of people promoting this on twitter and here.
I think ETH will hit $300 in the end of this year, now the price increase more than 6,7% this day and i think it will countinues to rise. Lets wait and see that will happend to break $300.
ETH seems to have disappointed every investor because it doesn't seem to have grown in a long time. At this point I think it's time we need to hoard more ETH and wait for the boom later this year or Q1 early next year.
I think at the moment the market can start to grow again, as bitcoin loses dominance and most of the money from bitcoin will flow into altcoins, and Ethereum is the second coin in capitalization and clearly it will be one of the first coins that will grow.
