It is not right to compare bitcoin and ethereum together, because they serve different purposes. Bitcoin is mainly a store of value while ethereum is a smart contract that allows the development of other projects on its network.
In the market for an investor, the best coin is the one that can bring the greatest profit. Invest in Bitcoin, Ether and many more new coins to help diversify your risks.
We can't know which is the "best" really. For now, Ethereum seems more favorable as it is on a very good run. But I think Bitcoin and Ethereum both are the best choices for making an investment for a long term. HODLing is the best thing to do with these coins in my opinion.
for me these are the two best coins to date and it is very profitable to invest in these two coins. but this is an option and if I chose I would choose bitcoin because I believe this coin will benefit me in the future. does not mean eth is not profitable, because this is an option. eth also has a large enough potential profit for investors in the future, so eth also cannot be ignored.

in my opinion, both are the best and have a high price. However, ethereum is called the king of altcoins, while bitcoin is the mother of all digital currencies. they have different functions and values. I think both are the best.
Both are the top two as per the market capitalization. So if I need to invest, I will put 50-50 percent of the money in both. Having said so, at the moment ETH's potential looks stronger, however, still Bitcoin has the power to drive the entire cryptocurrency market. Even though the dominance of BTC has reduced these days, in the near future, it will again come back dominating overall capitalization.

Why people like to overcomplicate simple things, I don't understand. The value you need you can find on small marketcap altcoins, ignore the top cryptocurrencies if you have no access to top liquidity providers. I think Ethereum still has the potential to improve. Some even say it will hit $10k, but it's a long-term goal. Within this year Ethereum will likely hit $5k from its current price of $3.5k. When it comes to which is the best, then Bitcoin is the king of Crypto, of course Bitcoin opportunities are greater than others.

Bitcoin and Ethereum are the best coins, and you can invest in both coins. But you have to look at the condition of your capital, if your capital is small, it is better to go to Ethereum, but if your capital is large, then Bitcoin is the best choice.
