I think both of them would Survive but Ethereum is bound to do more, the maths is quite simple, it has more users, it has better decentralised technology and most importantly, it has proven times and times again that it can stand the test of time.
In my opinion ETH will survive for sure. I am not following EOS. So I am not sure whether this is legit and move forward like ETH.
Ethereum and eos in my opinion are both good coins, of course these two coins have their own privileges, I am sure ethereum and eos will also be able to last a long time for the future, there is no harm if you try to invest in both coins
Agree both coin suited for investment , and better to invest in both coin so as persists diversification of their , I think in the future they both will grow ! 
Both of them, because they are part of the cryptocurrency ecosystem. You can check at coinmarketcap they all on a top 100 cryptocurrency, they will survive because bring a new technology into blockchain.
I think that this way another cryptocurrency will survive, but it seems to me that ethereum is still more promising.
I believe that on the crypto market there is room for many projects, not just one. I am sure that ETH and EOS will continue to grow and exist together. However, I think Ethereum will win the race.

What I see if survival for both of them, etherum and eos will both survive and have a great Blockchain
But Ehereum will continue to have the upper hand and also have a better value on coinmarketcap too
both coins will survive in the future. ethereum becomes the number one Dapp platform and eos is an innovative project because this coin has almost the same function. when viewed from the workings of EOS it is better than ethereum.

so far eos has been on the roll last year and still kicking at the beginning of this year but i must say that im still good with ethereum, i really dont know why but im still not convinced that ethereum is a failed project already, this fall might be a blessings in disguise.
ethereum and EOS will survive in a long time. both of these coins have a future potential is pretty good. so far I think the ethereum superior with the trains that continue to thrive. with continued development of crypto have both is quite a good investment option.

I think that it will be very difficult to compete with Ethereum. This coin has already established itself as a very reliable and convenient functionality.

While ethereum is the permanent leader of the Altcoins and remains so. This coin can be compared with EOS only after the implementation of the expected improvements on February 27, and even better after October, when a number of other improvements are planned to be implemented. Of the two altcoins, they are actually surviving in the future. What you think about is what many people are interested in. Whether EOS or ETH, of course it will affect whether it can survive or not.
I prefer ethereum because I think that ethereum has excellent capabilities to be one of the best coins. With so many Ethereum users, it has made ethereum get such great support. EOS is also one of the best coins, but believe me that Ethereum is the best altcoin to date. the ethereum transaction volume is so high and also the use of etherum as a smart contract of various projects, it makes Ethereum much better.

I really don't like EOS.. They've got a boat load of money just to copy past some code.. I'm waiting for the ETH hard fork that was postponed another time. But from what I've seen ETH with most definitely live

While EOS is only a few months old, it has potential to become the biggest blockchain in the world for business and commerce. It's already capable of processing millions of TPS, without fees, making it a huge contender against Ethereum. Despite its advantages, EOS cannot replace Ethereum because it's been established within the crypto space for a long time.
Both platforms will survive with their unique use cases for the mainstream world. EOS can be highly beneficial for merchants and businesses, while ETH can be beneficial for people and small startups. Within a few years from now, EOS and ETH will grow their library of dApps and tokens, enabling a Web 3.0 in the future. Given their dedicated development team and supportive communities, they'll survive for many generations. Just my thoughts
