I am not seeing that eth is recovering slowly, its keep falling and going into dip. But don't worry about that, the only thing that we could do is waiting until it reaches the bottom price and recover.
This is really a good news, others will follow soon. We should always be positive and look at the brighter side than be scared and dump all the coins that you have. While the ethereum's price is low, this is the best time to invest with it.
if this news about the ETH will be recovered in the average number will be many eth holders to hold it in the meantime, while waiting for news certainty about eth is true proved of course .. !!

I don't think Ethereum price is recovering since the price is still going down followed by Bitcoin. As you said, $1000 is possible for Ethereum to achieve but it may happen before this year end and there is no sign of it to increase double the price for another 6 months. Let's hope for the best and expect a good price since crypto market is volatile always.
It looks like ETH is dipped into a strong buy zone. It's time to buy in slowly in my opinion. I will start buying in small sums on dips.

Eventhough it recovers slowly we must appreciate it and wait for it because it takes time to recover something and for this we must be thankful because it gives a lot of importance in our everyday lives. I believe that everything will be in a good prediction.
In my opinion, there will not be any growth in the coming months. This invasion is temporary. Big players will push everything down to go profitable.

Either Ethereum has up and down prices it is good news because it is an advantage in both sides. It really depends on what we are doing with the market either an investor or a hodler. Prices will move up and down anytime and we will never know when and how high or down it is. crypto market dump for a few months already hence coming days will start recover there price again, more ICOs depnde by ETH
I also believe that to the fore later definitely ETH will recover the price, for me to date a lot better if we hold the ETH should be patient first not to panic.

Not true. At the moment ETH is getting lower and lower. However, in BTC terms it is still almost twice as much the price that it was in december. More space to tank, probably. Technical charts are looking horrible, suggest further drops.
