Why wouldn't it be logical? That is like saying bitcoin will never hit 10k ever again. Ofcourse ETH is a promising coin and it will definitely increase during the hardfork time, but it won't pump immediately to 1000usd, it will take its time and gradually keep on increasing. We may soon see ETH at $200.
