I'm waiting for the Ethereum at a price of 400-500 dollars. Now Ethereum is greatly overrated. Unlimited emission prevents the growth of prices.
I believe that ethereum will rise up more than 1000$$ this year and will hit 5000$ next year. Ethereum has lots of potential to be the next bitcoins. There is no impossible believing in eth and will just fingers crossed it will happen sooner or later.
my prediction is not as bright as you, i think it will go up to 3000 before 2019
what pisses me off is that everybody comes here saying and opinion based ON NOTHING!!!!!!

ETH got to almost 1100€ (around 1360$) with a total capitalization of 133 billion dollars. For ETH to get at 5.000$ it would have, AT LEAST to double the actual amount of ETH capitalization, which is RIGHT NOW at no more the 67 billion.
Are you saying that, suddenly, billions and billions of dollars are going to enter ETH with the enormous volatility that is has

I will tell you something. Investors and traders are leaving Cryptocurrency. If in no more than 2 months the situation stays the same or even get worse, no investor will invest money to bullfight the price, and bye bye to all.

though the project is good and it is used by most ICO’s i think its not possible to reach 5000$ the price of ethereum, its price is in the stable market it will rise up but not that high, maybe before the year ends it will take up 3000$, but who knows? right? for now lets see how the market works.
I've noticed over the last week that ethereum is going down while btc is going up. Normally it was going up when btc was, even during the crash they would rise or dip together. I mean, in this market everything has its share of possibilities, and so, that happening could always be around the corner

Moreover, are you not aware of THE FACT!!!!! that once 100 million coins are created Vitalik will apply PoS and Casper , and mining will be impossible to do and it's to be seen if any profit will be left for holders after Vitalik takes his big part.

In crypto currency there's no impossible thing, only the mind is our limitation. Yes of course $5000 USD mark it is not impossible. ETH has a very huge potential specially in contract creation as we can see, theres so many ICOs under the ethereum contract. They use to support eth compare to other one.

I also believe this and will very much like to see this happen, If ethereum gets to $5000 by the end of the year I will be very happy. But for now it's just speculation like any other. We'll keep our fingers crossed and see how it goes and what happens.
Yes, i think that ETh will be best coin in 2018 But price can not go up 5k$ Because a lot of new coins also potential. In My opinion, the end of 2018, ETH of price is 3k$

The current crypto market is making the coin unstable, as now the price of ETH is unpredictable. And I think ETH can reach 2,000 by the end of 2018, but reaching 5,000 is a big challenge for ETH.
I suppose it could since there is a lot off cool stuff on the horizon for ETH. I think if it does the total crypto marketcap will be well over 1 trillion though.
Now that Ethereum are used by most ICO's do you think before the end of the year (2018) ethereum will go up to 5000 usd ?

I think only 1.5k USD or even 2k USd will probably hit but that like quadruple the price as of now maybe its imposible. yes all erc20 tokens under eth platform drives the ethereum price lets don'ignor bitcoin also. they have the similar charst when you look at the graphs ,. but if that posibly happen I will happy to convert mine to fiat Because for me I believe that ethereum has a potential to get that price before 2019 . I think the price of Ethereum will be around $ 2,000 in end 2018. But I hope Eth be 5000 in the end 2018
Price is one thing but look at the competition. Cardano EOS could pose a challenge. Ethereum has first mover advantage but will the fees be a detriment when others without fees are available
I think why not the price of ETH can be $5000, there is Nothing imposibble, in crypto the price of alt can not be predict, like now the price of ETH can be unpredictable,
I have the same prediction , the price.of ETH can be around $4000-$5000 in the last of this year. Because in every years the cryptocurrency community will be bigger include ETH, from technical analysis and daily chart also possible for ETH to go that level price.
It's also noted that ETH with its ERC-20 platform is currently the biggest platform for ICOs. As long as there're new ICOs using ERC-20 then ETH price will continue to surge. ( even with all those scammy project out there )Not to mention ETH is Proof of Work which attracts miners a lot and even though many people say this year 's Oscar is going to be Proof of Stake, hash rate is an easier thing to control than staking on huge supply.
