You are doing to it wrong if you are waiting for such longer periods of time to buy a coin as it can go through complete bull and bear cycles during that time period. What you need to do is daily cost average as that way you wont have to worry about the price and you would avoid buying at the top.
Now is the time to invest in Ethereum. I think that Ethereum is going to raise soon and will double its price in a few months.
Already happening now and if you stop waiting last few weeks ago you are now currently celebrating your profit. 
If you want to compare the price for now with recent months, I think you should better buy it now. It's been a month ethereum price is just stuck
I think you must listen to the most suggestion listed here in this topic. Go on and buy ether now! As the projection for erherium this quarter is good so better buy now.

Now market condition is positive, we better follow this trend, we still can get profit although the price of ETH is $600 now. Eth price still can rise, probably $800 - $1000 is the peak. Keep watch the chart, I think now is not too late.

I do not know if I can call myself a genius or lucky, but I bought about 25% of my ETH when it was below $450 recently last month, and managed to trigger all of my sell orders on $700. And with all of that extra money I bought back that same balance all into ETH at $620 yesterday, and today it looks like it is climbing back towards $700. Slowly, but surely. It is not much in terms of total fiat but to make an extra 10% (if I am right about 700) is a great day for me.
Even now at a price of $ 650 this will be a good investment. It should be noted that you will buy ethereum not for 1-2 months, but for the long term. Then on this you can earn.
There is really small possibility that the price of ethereum will drop again now, buy ethereum and pick it for next two-four months

Lower than now the price of Ethereum will not fall and so do not wait and buy ETH better today. I think in a month the price of ETH will reach 1000$ and for the winter of 2000$.
Buy now because we will never see ETH in lower price, ethereum is in its true price now and it will crease in the future. Unfortunately you missed ETH in good price, last 2 or 3 months ETH is just about $330, it was a good time to get in and buy some, but now it's over. If you still want to get in, do it now because eth price will get higher soon.

The best time to buy Ethereum was the time when its rate was about $ 400 it kind of was the best price at the time and less waiting didn't make sense, so you stumped, waiting for the low price at the time or just didn't have time =)
All popular cryptocurrencies now on uptrend include ETH, the level support is very strong and i think the price will continue going up, the price of ETH possible to go to $1300 again. The daily volume and market capitalization of crypto market was increase alot and this is will support the price to go higher.
