I’ve seen that you do transfers to other accounts. Does it mean I need to connect my other wallets to shift money from one account to another?
You can send funds from your wallet that is currently connected on Ethen to another wallet by using "Transfer" tab in "Balance" section. You will only need to provide the address for that.

All decentralized exchanges look the same to me.
Ethen is a bit different. Here are our advantages:
 - Design: scalable, secure, fail-safe, and high performance architecture capable of handling any number of users and transactions at any growth pace
 - Unique features: Bulk order execution provides a convenient trading experience similar to centralized exchanges
 - Fees: in ETH, no need to buy special exchange tokens
 - Stabilitiy: Users can withdraw funds even if the main site is unavailable.

The exchange has a lot of tokens but it’s the first time I hear about most of them. I guess they are not very popular.
We support the idea that anyone should be able to use the exchange without any restricitions. On Ethen anyone can add a token to the exchange. To do that you can simply click on the drop-down list with tokens and click on +NEW TOKEN. After you paste in the token address the system will automatically identify the token ticker. It will appear on the list as 'Not verified'.

You say the fees are only 0.25% for takers. What is maker and taker fees?

Makers are those who create orders that sit on the order book. On Ethen you can do it for free.
If you fill someone else's existing orders you are a taker and pay a 0.25% fee on the transaction.

The exchange seems all right. Nothing outstanding though that would really make a difference from other decentralized exchanges. I bought one token. Let’s see how it develops.
Thank you for the interest in our exchange. Hope you will be able to appreciate the speed of transactions, our improved interface, and bulk order executioon at best price.

Is there any video to give an overview for the exchange? It would be good to have a video as a guide of some sort of clarification about this platform.
You can find a video on Ethen in our YouTUbe channel https://youtu.be/9XkevKGy2Bw

There are so many cryptocurrencies on your exchange but only a few of them are trading. Why is that?
Anyone can add a new token to the exchange but it is down to users to decide, which tokens they want to trade.

Hello! I used the referral link for selling OMG. Your site says that I’m supposed to get 20% off the trading fee, which is 0.25%. Does it mean I’ve already paid less commission, i/e 0.20% on my trade?
You will get the 20% of your trading fee back to your wallet when 0.1 ETH accumulates from your trading cash back

I am not very fond of the market with a system resembling etherdelta, idex etc., because almost all tokens listed there are not well developed
On Ethen you can add any tokens yourself and create orders with them. Just press on the token drop-down list in the top bar and select +NEW TOKEN. After you enter the address, the token ticker will be automatically detected, and the token will be ready for trading.
So this is basically there is no need to make some kind of vote to get a coin listed in Ethen, just like in another exchange that requesting everyone to make a vote of something like that.
