It is happening me time to time, the only working thing is raising the gas. I think sometimes when network is clogged your orders can't even go to pending status with low gwei.
I am getting this error even with high gas!!
Yesterday I set up gas to 30 and try to deposit some tokens to ED. I get that message and the transaction didn't occur, but in etherscan I see I still send some ETH to the token contract!
I'm out of ED until ETH networks come back to normal...
