I would advise extreme caution before using the new url. The twitter account might have been hacked and the new url a phishing site.
Especially in the light of one of their previous twit: https://twitter.com/etherdelta/status/905111994000343040

Also check this reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/6ytrm0/attention_etherdelta_is_probably_compromised_do/

Twitter @etherdelta informs:

Github (where EtherDelta is hosted) is down right now. Please keep calm and don't panic everyone. The new URL for EtherDelta is https://etherdelta.com

Etherdelta was removed from github. I'm worrying if ever they turn into scam. They collected Private key of our ETH wallet. I hope that the devs will make an Announcement regarding the issue. For the mean time. I will transfer now all my coins to another ETH wallet. Please do the same for safety Precaution. One thing I'm confused, Trading is still active on blockfolio app. How tho? Cheesy

Their twitter handle says the site has moved to new domain: etherdelta.com

I thought the main reason to host it on github in the first place was that github domain was almost impossible to hack. Then why switch to this new domain now?

I advice everyone to not import their private keys on etherdelta.com until we're absolutely sure of its trustworthiness.

I had small amount of ETH and small amount of coins . Just checked, everything still there.

Roll Eyes Don't use etherdelta.com for now  Roll Eyes
wait until the old URL will be online again
                      or any clear announcement
             this looks like a hack

I just checked etherdelta.com with TOR and looked for my orders. They are NOT visible !!!
examples: BUY 100 BQX for 0.00140 and BUY 1000 IFT for0.000016591 (very unlikely that it had been filled last night)
however my SELL order for 1BCAP is visible

The most troubling thing is that there is exactly the same content / trading up and running at

gitnub.io yes, gitnub.io. NOT github.io

After struggled to trade without the use of etherdelta but new ICOs has not done anything to improve the trade of their token. My main challenge is the site, congested trading and heavy site loading. even order for trade doesnt work as expected.

I have been using Ether Delta for a while, mainly because it has coins that are not present at big exchanges yet.

Just now I notice something strange!
In the pair MTH-ETH the sell orders are higher than the buy orders.
Is this normal? Shouldn't the buy orders be fullfiled?

It's called arbitrage opportunity. It's basically free money for you if you buy the top one for 0.077 ETH and sell it back instantly below to a higher price.

I was just going to post about seeing this very thing. It looked like that yesterday in OPT-ETH. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. The people trading just aren't very smart. They are supposed to sell directly to the top limit order or buy the lowest offer instead of placing a lower or higher one themselves. The spread is negative, usually this only happens across exchanges, not on a single exchange itself, Haha, lol! Arbitrage couldn't get any easier!

Today someone sold me some coins at my limit order 30% below the highest bid! Haha! Cheesy

I think people just don't know how to use it. It's at least partly due to lack of liquidity for big blocks of tokens and EtherDelta's slow UI which could be better and provide some guidance. But hey, until then, arbitrage that spread if you can!
