Yes Eth is still my choice. Eth will be on to up to 5 yrs maximum. Everyday many ideas are coming out in the market some of them are having ICOs, testnet or mainnet but still they haven't beat Eth. That is why I choose this as one of my long term investment.

Maybe ethereum is not the best investment in crypto, but because ethereum is a strong project and also has a high population, ethereum can be used as a long-term investment choice.

I think it's true. Ethereum is still relied upon by many global scale ICO company projects to support their transaction and coin systems. So that's why Ethereum will never recede as long as there are still many who believe in it's ability as the most widely used blockchain protocol today.

Ethereum is still the king of ICO and so I think investing in Ethereum is still a good idea, but I would like to invest more in Ethereum competitors now, because people will be interested in other alternative coins after such a strong Ethereum decline.

I think the reason for the sharp decline in ETH was that there were a lot of ICOs last year and most of them were done via the ETH platform. Now, there was a turnaround and many ICOs have kept their income in ETH, in order not to suffer total loss, they sooner or later had to sell their ETH to continue to pay their employees. I think this is the reason for the sharp decline of ETH, but this is not the Ethereum offers a poor platform.

I am agree Ethereum is option number 1 for long term investment but after Bitcoin , because no one can beat Bitcoin right now , many people choose investment in Ethereum, because Ethereum is cheaper than Bitcoin, so the possibility of generating profits has more opportunities .

I can compare Ethereum to a dormant volcano which will soon Wake up and will be a very beautiful sight ! I think that eth is the best coin on the market after bitcoin as it gives life to all the project that is now being implemented !

Ethereum is worth to invest with. It can really be a long term investment option. Other than bitcoin, ethereum is the cheapest coin nowadays that has a huge opportunity to boost its price on the future.

The first topic with which I fully agree! Considering that the ethereum has fallen very badly over the past year, it's worth it to buy. Ethereum can be a long-term and a short-term investment.

I would not say that this is an option number one because I think that the best option than investing in bitcoin is simply not there but the etherium is definitely a very good investment

Of course it is, the two of it's biggest achievement so far is they are on the number two spot and they are the most used platform in the cryptocurrency industry, and to add more they are the biggest threat to Bitcoin's position, so I consider Ethereum a must coin to invest and for a long term.

Right now there is no question that Ethereum is down and it can be attributed to many factors. The biggest one is that it has become a victim of its own success...the Eth has been the prime choice of the many to do business with many ICO projects which have been in multitudes lately but for the past some months we know that the ICO market is not the same as of last year and there had been a heavy conversions of Eth either to cash or other cryptocurrency which eventually reduce the demand and flood the supply. However, things will start to subside and then Eth will crawl back -- and I am sure of that and in fact am sure this is the best time to buy the coin.
