At this moment, I can say Ethereum is a good alt. Active Dev, further developing technology around Ethereum. But what concerns me is it's value, many say it's overpriced due to the price increase with no valid reason but due to manipulation and that it will crash soon. One thing I can say, just invest with what you can afford. That way it won't hurt you that much.
The Ethereum is a programming/trading platform, the use is almost limitless. That will be the base for future commerce.
I have some confidence in Etheruem. It has good development team. I think it will become the second coin.
After the recent incident, it is better to wait and see the situation. If the problem is solved properly, it still has future.
